This private guided tour made a huge difference when we visited Beijing - We are a family of five with three children aged 6, 14 and 17. We booked a private tour in Beijing with our excellently Knowledgeable and professional guide Snow. She gave us so much insight into the different places we visited and it made a whole difference in understanding everything. She interacted patiently and kindly with our boys. That was very important to us that they would not get bored. She also gave us recommendations on what else to see and visit in Beijing. The local restaurant she recommended us was super delicious and she made sure that the people working there understood us. Definitely 100% recommendable. Ask for Snow when you book a tour with Leo. The next day Our English speaking driver Bibber took us to the Jinshanglin Great Wall section to avoid the big crowds, especially during the long weekend of the Tomb Sweeping Holiday Qingming. It was much further away but all worth it. The scenery was awe dropping and even though there were a lot of people it was all manageable and definitely much better than Mutianyu or Badaling. We enjoyed our over 2 hour walk a lot and were especially happy about the blossoming peach trees around us. Bibber was very friendly and communicative. Absolutely recommendable!

Excellent choice for those who like to take photos without people. - Jinshanling great wall is 2h30 away by car from Beijing City. I visited there at end of January. I was amazed there was nobody visiting there. I encountered only one Chinese family during my whole hike! The east gate is closed during winter season, so the total distance you could hike could be shorter than in Summer(4km approx), but even though, being able to enjoy the great views without anybody was priceless experience. My driver Mr. Ping spoke very good English and made sure that I enjoyed the visit. I'd like to thank him.

Awe inspiring walk in a less crowded and picturesque section of the Great Wall. - Great day out. Our driver Peter, had limited English, but was incredibly helpful with tickets and making sure everything ran smoothly for us. We were in Beijing on business in the winter, but had all our cold weather gear and had the Great Wall virtually to ourselves in December -3C temperatures. The wall at Jinshanling is awe inspiring and just takes your breath away seeing it climb into the distance on the steep and picturesque Simatai section. In the distance. We did a nice loop up onto the wall and covered a couple of kms before heading down a nurture trail. The organiser, Leo gave great info and communication and was immediately on the case to help with any issues. Great service all round.

Amazing solo trip - Experience was amazing, this section is less crowded and has some original parts of the Wall. In the low season I was the only one in the wall, had time to appreciate it. Driver Peter Wu very friendly, helped with tickets and including offered food in the return.

Very friendly team , clean car and safe driving. - A great day out. Flexible in what we wanted to do. I recomend this location to visit too as not many crowds and the tour agency too

Amazing beijing trip (leo help) - Leo went far and beyond what was called of him for me on my trip to Beijing. He not only arranged a English speaking driver to take me to the wall but also informed me and answered a multitude of questions I had about Beijing! Great service and beautiful part of the Great Wall. - We hired a driver for the day to take our family of 4 to the jinshaling section of the wall. Needless to say it was the highlight of our China trip. Andy was our driver (B package) and he picked us up promptly at the agreed time at the hotel. Andy was a safe and informative driver - who drove us there safely and back. He was a wealth of information and spoke perfect English - gave us some tips and helped us get our tickets and set us on our way. He was then patient and waited for us to return. With little children that section of the wall took 4.5hrs to complete but it was amazing!!! Loved every minute of it! Having a private driver helped to make the trip out there easier as it was a good 2.5 hr drive from Beijing.

Great tour! - My guide/driver Mr. Ma punctually waited for me at the hotel lobby holding a sign with my name on it. He was friendly, courteous and attention to details. He brought me a water, some snacks and even an extra jacket in case I didn't dress warm enough! It was a perfect Autumn day to hike the Jinshanling Great Wall. Mr. Ma was very knowledgeable about the Great Wall and its history. He told me many stories that the two hours drive just flew by. He dropped me off at the East gate and I strolled leisurely toward the west. I wasn't hurried at all and took many stops to enjoy the breathtaking views! I made it to the West gate in just under 3 hours, walked down to the visitor center and Mr. Ma was there waiting for me to take me back to my hotel. I highly recommend this trip!

Great Wall Trip - Jinshanling to East gate - 3.75 hr hike - Sept 26 2019 Our driver Tim was excellent, picked us up from hotel, drive up to JInshanling base area. We then carried on on our own up to the top and the tower and started walking west along the wall, finally taking a path down to the east gate through a forested area, where Tim was waiting for us. We were lucky to have fabulous weather, 30c clear still with wonderful views. I would say that as we went west the condition of the wall became worse and some steep steps needed an effort to climb and caution needed, although it felt more authentic for it.

Superbe Chinese wall - Driver was punctual and speak a basic English. Comfortable car. He helped us in tacking tickets for the entrance of the Great Wall since again, anybody speak neither a word of English.
