On tour day evening, your friendly driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby at 6:30pm and heading to the theatre. Upon arriving, driver will assist get the tickets for you and meet you at the theatre lobby when the show is finished, then transfer you back to your hotel at the end.

An enjoyable experience - We had a wonderful time. Cathy our guide made sure we had the best seats and view she was wonderful. We sat with two Americans and they just added to our whole experience which I will never forget.

Great evening event - From start to finish, this experience was truly special. The driver arrived right on time and went above and beyond, helping me find our seats at the theater and even assisting with getting a program. The opera itself was a beautiful and the performance that transported us to another world. The costumes were stunning, and the humor woven into the storytelling kept us captivated throughout. Sipping on tea and enjoying traditional snacks as I watched brought an extra layer of charm to the evening—it felt like a true immersion into Chinese culture. After the show, the driver was waiting for me and took a detour to the illuminated Tiananmen Square which was the perfect end to a perfect night. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an a good experience Beijing!

Recommended - Great experience. Some of the best seats, good variety of snacks, tea, and Hotel pickup. Very nice driver and Tour guide. If you don't have the time for a full opera show, this is a very good option.

Unique expérience ! Excellente ! - Excellent evening discovering Chinese opera in a superb location. All was magical : stories, costumes, makeup and actors' performance. Great seats with various sncks and chinese tea,,, Perfect organization by my guide and her driver, everything was perfect, I recommend!

Awesome opera experience - Cathy our guide was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic person to explain the show and Chinese culture to us. She explained the history of opera in China and background on its status within the royal family in the Qing dynasty. She set us up with fantastic seats at the theatre and the rides to and from the theatre were very comfortable.
The show itself was beautiful, with live music and live singing. There were 3 different stories told throughout the night, and our favorite was the martial art comedy show ! Overall the night was a great experience for us during our trip in Beijing. Would recommend the show, and Cathy as the guide!

Breathtaking show at the LiYuan theatre - What an evening at the LiYuan Opera to start our stay in China! A breathtaking show composed of three stories that highlight the talent and artistic skill of the actors, the costumes and the makeup. Everything takes you into a magical atmosphere.
Many thanks to Cathy who perfectly organised transportation while our hotel was in a pedestrian zone and for her warm and smiling welcome. A very good evening. We absolutely recommend!

Do not miss this - INCREDIBLE - What an incredible night we had at the Opera!
From the minute we were picked up by our driver and Cathy, it was a great evening.
Cathy talked us through the Chinese Opera, the stories of the show and the customs behind it. She also gave us a lot of information about different sites around Beijing on the drive to and from the theatre, loved this! This made the show so much more fabulous as we understood what was happening and didn’t need to read the subtitle screens.
The show… MINDBLOWING… each performance was remarkable and so different from the one before. All the performers are so talented and it was such an incredible evening..
Thank you Cathy for looking after us and being so so amazing!!!!

Highlight of Beijing with our SUPER host Cathy - This VIP experience was THE highlight of our trip to Beijing. The artists and show are world class.
The other world class aspect of this experience was our event host and transfer. Cathy was our guide and event host and she has a world class knowledge of the show and the meaning and history behind this incredible experience. Cathy is friendly and fun and made us smile and feel so welcome.
Our driver Su was efficient and knowledgeable and the vehicle was immaculate and clean.
As an international traveller I cannot recommend Cathy’s tours enough to anyone wanting a personalised and professional service and experience. We will definitely book with Cathy again when we come back. Five STARS.

BEST HIGHLIGHT IN BEIJING!!! 👍 - Such an amazing night have a chance to see the brilliant Chinese opera, in classic Li Yuan theatre, our guide Kathy ( THE BEST ONE ) in Beijing speaks fluent English, with full of smiles and sharing lots of stories before the show, and our driver Zhang also very peace and friendly, transferred with a very good air conditioned high level car, we got the best seat with various snacks, really enjoyed the night, see something different with classic Europe opera, highly recommended if you have a night at Beijing !!!
