Fragrant Hills Park, also known as Xiangshan Park, was initially established in 1186 during the Jin Dynasty (1115-1234) and later expanded during the Yuan and Ming dynasties. The park is renowned for its stunning natural scenery, particularly the red smoke tree leaves covering the mountains.
• Beijing Botanical Garden - The second destination, located near Fragrant Hill, features the Plant Exhibition Area, Scenic Spot and Historical Resorts, Scientific Research Area, and Nature Reserve.
