Excellent service - I am so pleased that we booked this service. It took away all the stress of having to buy tickets from the UK. Kevin our guide met us outside and the whole process was easy to get in. Kevin gave us lots of interesting information and kindly helped us get water when my daughter was feeling unwell. I would definitely use this service again and I recommend requesting Kevin if you book.

Great booking experience - Reservation went smoothly. Got confirmation exactly 7 days before as operator promised. Went through security and presented passport as ticket. Heat is brutal, remember to bring hat, fans, sunscreen etc.

A hot tour! - We booked a private tour through Lily for the Forbidden City. Exactly as communicated our guide Linda was waiting for us at the agreed location. Linda did an excellent job. And we were a difficult crowd as temperatures were pushing 35 degrees Celsius and we were not used to such heat. She worked relentlessly to keep us engaged and across the more cool places, with a story for every corner of the vast terrain that houses the Forbidden City. Very much appreciated.

Like having a private tour guide - Trip was amazing. Opted for the guided tour and it was well worth it. Wendy, our guide, spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable. We spent several hours going through the entire city learning about the dynasties and how they lived. It was only myself and 2 other people in the group so it was like having a private tour guide. Shout out to my fellow tour mates from Arnstorf! We all had a great time.

Forbidden City - Once you get a ticket, make it through the crowds and controls: Absolutely impressive, a must on a visit to Beijing. I have never seen a historic site on this scale before. You don’t have access to all temples and palaces but it’s quite easy. Audio guide also in German, English, French, etc. Available...

Easy and best for getting tickets - Tickets booked - worked perfectly. We showed our passport and had easy access to the forbidden city. We had heard that it would be difficult to get tickets, so to secure them - we bought tickets at other providers. Lily"s were tje only one who got us the tickets.

Very Good - Diana our tour guide made contact with us via WhatsApp during the morning to make sure we have the information and meeting place and time. She was waiting when we arrived and was friendly during the tour. Lots of information from her and she passionately shared the Chinese history with us. Afterwords helped us get a Taxi to our hotel. What a lovely experience.
