Memory of a lifetime - We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. We were picked up by our driver, Jack from our hotel with all our luggage. He took us to the Great Wall, Summer Palace and then dropped us to the airport. Jack was so friendly, professional and kind throughout the day. We felt so safe and trusted him completely. We were able to communicate through we chat and it worked amazingly. Jack was always exactly where he said and helped us achieve a memory of a lifetime. Thank you so much.

- We had the absolute pleasure of having Jack as our tour guide, and he truly made the entire trip unforgettable. From the moment we started, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for the local culture and history really shone through, and he had a wonderful way of sharing information that was engaging and easy to follow.
Jack went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and included. He was always attentive, patient with our questions, and had the best recommendations. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving us the best experience possible. He even took the time to explain to us on each of the single history of the heritage that we visited!
It’s rare to meet someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also brings so much heart to it. Thank you, Jack, for the memories, we’ll be talking about this trip for years to come!

Reliable, good value for money, it pays off! - Correspondence with Benny worked very well. His driver arrived at the hotel on time. We were quick to the wall, we would not have to take the shuttle bus because it almost took us to the chairlift. There too he was very helpful to get through quickly. What was fantastic was that he had ice-cold drinks with him! The trip to the Summer Palace was also pleasant. There we had enough time to explore everything.
Our driver does not speak English, we communicated via Google Translate and Wechat, that worked out well.
He was very helpful and tried.

Amazing Beijing Trip - We have amazing trip to Metianyu Great Wall with Mr.Liu as our driver. Thank you so much Hong Yin for arranging our trip and being attentive to our request ( we request for non smoking driver) on last minute booking. Mr.Liu has been very kind, friendly and helpful during our trip in Beijing. He help us getting the tickets, show us authentic restaurant during our trip for lunch and dinner, even provide us with umbrella when it is raining in Mutianyu. In Great Wall, he help us taking lots of our picture and give us souvenir ( fridge magnetic and tea). We end up booked with him for 3 days (with last day for airport transfer to Daxing). Surely we will looking for Hong Yin and Mr. Liu if we go to beijing again.

Above and Beyond - I had an incredible experience with Benny’s Travel during a long layover in Beijing. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. Communication with Benny was excellent — he was always clear, honest, and quick to respond to my questions. His professionalism stood out at every step.
I arranged a private tour to Mutianyu Great Wall, the Summer Palace, and the Forbidden City. Before the tour, I received clear and detailed instructions. The driver, Mr. Si, was absolutely wonderful — kind, efficient, and very thoughtful. Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Chinese and he didn’t speak English), we had no issues thanks to translator technology. In fact, we were laughing and sharing jokes all day!
Mr. Si managed the itinerary perfectly, advising on time frames and adjusting our plans based on traffic and my concerns about timing. When I began feeling unwell at the Summer Palace due to the heat and hot flushes, he went above and beyond by finding a local foot spa where I could shower and cool down. It was an unusual request, but he made it happen, and I was extremely grateful.
The car was spotless, comfortable, and I felt completely safe leaving my belongings inside. There was plenty of bottled water provided, and Mr. Si even let me use his phone charger several times to power up my devices and mini fans.
Due to cancelling one stop from the original itinerary, I was also fairly charged a lower fee — something I really appreciated.
I wholeheartedly recommend Benny’s Travel for anyone visiting Beijing. Their service is not only efficient and well-organised but also warm, safe, and genuinely caring. I truly felt at home.

Perfect trip, very good driver - Very efficiently organised trip to the great wall. Very good and nice driver who took care of us all the time. Nice gift at the end and help to solve the problem with the bill in the restaurant. Highly recommended!!!

Great trip at Mutianyu Great Wall with Benny. - We booked a car from Benny to go to Mutianyu Great Wall for the whole day and everything was perfect. Our driver was very professional, punctual, polite, friendly and well spoken.
He picked us up at the hotel, drove us to the Great Wall , helped us to buy the tickets and guided us through the queue till we got on the chairlift. He waited for us for as long as we needed to complete our solo tour and drove us back to our hotel.
We totally recommend Benny’s service and we will definitely use your service again if we ever come back to Beijing.
