Magical experience winding our way through Cote de Beaune - We had an amazing day and informative trip with Valentin. He shared a wealth of knowledge and useful visual materials to describe the classifications of the wine and answered our countless questions. He gently coaxed us onto the next visit to keep us on schedule and ensured that we got the most out of the full experience.

An unforgettable day in the heart of the vineyards! - Last September, we spent a fabulous day with Active Tour, exploring the beautiful vineyards of the Côtes de Beaune by electric bike. The itinerary was perfectly thought out, the high quality bikes, and the tastings both in the cellar and outdoors added a magical touch to the experience.
Many thanks to our guide Cédric, who shared his passion with kindness and good humor. A day filled with discoveries, laughter and very good wines! We highly recommend Active Tour for an authentic and unforgettable immersion in the region.

Autumn biking in Beaune…🍁 - Hard to find the words to express how much we enjoyed this day.
Yes, it was overcast and spitting rain, but was told that’s common for this time of year so we dressed ready to go.
It only rained for less than 30 minutes, if that. (Forecast was 75% rain that day)Then it dried up, and the rest of the day was beautiful. So don’t necessarily plan around just the forecast is my point.
This experience is worth the weather risk!
I also want to add that you should have experience biking outdoors. You won’t have to deal with much traffic at all (maybe 10-20% of total day).
And if you can handle a spin class, then you should be able to handle this fine, but get yourself an e-bike. My husband did not and he had a much more robust workout. But then, I beat him on the hills! 🤓
Eric was our guide and simply the best!

Half day electric bike tour - Thanks to Corinne for this great electric bike tour through the vineyards and through the villages of Volnay, Pommard and Meursault.
Very good tasting in Pommard at Domaine Lejeune.
I highly recommend this 3 hour tour.

We Weill recommend this tour and also Eric to many of our friends who plan to come to Beaune. - Just being surrounded by some of the best vineyards on earth, along with the fall colors following the harvest. Eric was a superb guide and virtually an encyclopedia on the subject of of the vineyards, the appellations and wine making.

A Highlight Experience in Beaune - A highlight experience while in Beaune passing through the Burgundy region!
Eric was an awesome guide, very knowledge about the Burgundy region and Burgundy wines. Did this bike tour with 2 other friends, and we had a great time getting to know 5 other participants over lunch and wine.
Pro tip - maybe consider the electric bike if you don't cycle hills often..!

Great ride and great guide! - Beautiful ride through vineyards. Good workout, but still doable even with our 1yo daughter behind me in the bike trailer. Our guide (I think his name was Gulliam?) was super friendly and a great source of local wine making knowledge. Very interesting and ended at a wine tasting at a large Chateau. Highly recommend!!

Disappointed - The info describing this trip is deceiving. First off, the group includes people with e-bikes and those without. So those with e-bikes easily made it up the hills (yes, there are quite a few hills, something the tour description doesn’t include). The tour guide rode way ahead with the e-bikes leaving the couple of us without them way behind.
