Always a great time! - My husband I have taken this tour several times over the years; I think at least five times. Whenever we have friends visit us on HHI, we try to plan a day in Beaufort so they can experience the beauty and history of that city. Our guide, Laura, was great. She was able to stand up in front facing us because the horse knows the route. She was very informative and interesting. It’s nice to tour at such an easy pace. The tour lasts about an hour leaving time to go back for items of interest, either by walking or driving. Highly recommend - I’m sure we will return.

For a beautiful, relaxing trip, check this place out. - I went there in July for the Water Festival, and had so much fun. A great place to visit, and so very relaxing. The view from a swing at Waterfront Park downtown is so beautiful.

Excellent Historical Carriage Tour - This was an excellent carriage tour. The driver was very knowledgeable and personable. The horse had its own personality and was well taken care of. They put their horses’ care and well being above making money. I highly recommend them if you’re visiting Beaufort and want a taste of its history.

Lovely Carriage Tour - Jen (I believe that was her name) did an excellent job narrating the tour. It was our 1st time to Beaufort and she gave us lots of interesting info about this historical town. She also told us about our horse "D" and the farm he lives on with the other horses. They all looked well cared for and healthy. Tour was very enjoyable.

An absolute must do! - Very laid back, relaxing ride. Our driver grew up in the area and really knew history of sooo many houses and the surrounding area, dates, battles, etc. Great trip!!
