Unique experience and grateful to have been there - It was a crazy experience. Beautiful day surrounded by nature and with friends from Norway and the UK. Toni is a beautiful person, very friendly and spiritual. We print at work and immersing ourselves in this completely natural technique has made us fall in love with our work. Everything was perfect. Toni and his magnificent collaborators in advising us and in the end came out of the real masterpieces. Food and drink TOPPPPP. We absolutely recommend it to everyone, to live an out of the ordinary moment that connects you to yourself and makes you explode the fantasy of creating..... The stars for me are 10 beyond excellence.

Fun and different day! - Fun day doing something differenr. I am no artist or the most creative soul out there. But I had great fun doing this. And the end results wasnt to bad either. I can recommend this to everybody!

Unique and amazing experience - A wonderful experience in an amazing location. Being able to collect the flowers and leaves to make your own unique pattern was really interesting. Tony was the font of all,knowledge not just about the art of sun printing, what a great guy! Would highly recommend this unique experience.

Unique and lovely experience - We had a wonderful time thank you! The host and the team were amazing. Super friendly atmosphere, the kids (age 11) had the best of times designing and watching their art coming to life. It was very interesting to learn this unique technique and the host made it so fun! We were greeted with some lovely refreshments and managed to relax throughout this lovely experience. Highly recommend!

What a great experience at Roots - The journey up to the Roots workshop is via quite a steep road and don’t expect any mod cons when you get there. Its a bit ramshackle and very quirky but 100% authentic experience. The guys are so welcoming and fun to talk to and the whole activity is a lot of fun too. A great activity and highly recommended as a couples/small group experience. Go with an open mind and just enjoy.

A must-do in the Seychelles! - Had a wonderful time at Roots. I booked for my mother’s 60th birthday and I’m so glad I did. A fun activity in a beautiful location too. The hosts really look after you - with every plant and colour you wish, as well as with juice, snacks and fresh coconuts too!

Sun dyeing workshop - The sun dyeing was an excellent experience, with great care and guidance given from start to finish. I had booked my husband to join me and he had reluctantly come along but we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We came away with two unique pieces of fabric that is a good reminder of this once in a lifetime experience. Thank you so much Roots for everything!

Fantastic, fun experience - Saw this on cruising with Jane Jane Macdonald. We had a fantastic, fun experience. A beautiful hillside setting where we picked our own flowers and plants. Tony guided us through the process, the paint splashing was vwry therapeutic. The home made coconut treats were very welcome. Tony and the team ( including dogs and a tortoise) were happy and friendly. We are so pleased with our fabulous results, it was great to use our artistic expression and come away with a unique souvenir. I have a lovely caftan to wear and it’s all my own work 🥰

Afternoon with the Rastas - This was a fantastic afternoon. Beautiful flowers & leaves to collect. Tony & his team were wonderful. I love my sarong, it’s unique! Freedom , their tortoise was wondering around the grounds. Home cooked snacks were delicious, especially the banana bread. My first taste of fresh coconut milk didn’t disappoint either . Definitely recommend this activity, we had lots of laughs .

Overpriced - I have noticed all other reviews are 5 stars... The actual workshop was good, though an explanation of the process and some tips and tricks beforehand wouldn't have gone amiss and I do think it is extremely overpriced. But during the downtime there were some uncomfortable moments. I was 'baptised' with coconut water and had the jelly smeared on my face and arms, which are now sunburnt (funny that I have managed to avoid it till today). I was told my suncream will give me cancer. Some of Tony's comments made me uncomfortable as a female with no one else there, though I don't think he meant ill men need to think about how their comments can be construed.
