ALL ABOUT HAM FOR DUMMIES - Arrived 15 minutes after the start of a visit, a charming lady tiptoed us into the tour, after receiving the green light from the presenter, very nice from the rest. Thank you for your understanding otherwise the tour was cancelled for us as every hour of the schedule counts when you come from abroad (CANADA). My wife was so happy to visit a ham shop and yours kept its promise, namely very interesting, very good products, all eaten in the car that same evening...! Thanks to your team, we recommend this visit what is more is located in the Old Bayonne really beautiful!! 👍🇨🇦🇨🇵👍🐽🐷👍

Ski tour in French - Someone in our group is above average interested in French ham and we signed up for a tour with a French speaking guide. Skinka was brilliant and seemed like a good setup. For us who don’t know a word of French, the ham taste was a highlight. Could have had a guide with some English translation.

Paid visit is a shame - Mixed review because I found the visit good but the Award still seems a bit high knowing that we necessarily leave the workshop with purchases! (Except for the force of nature that manages to spend 45 minutes bathed in a delicious smell of ham and sausage then to leave the store without buying anything ...). Otherwise it was interesting and the products we bought were good.

Content to be improved - The visit could be interesting if it were not so simplistic. The explanations were relatively superficial, so a little disappointment on that side.
