A solemn experience - Long day with a lot to see over a large area. Be prepared for a large amount of information to take in. A good guide provided time to contemplate the events that occurred 80 years ago.

Great experience! - Our guide, Eliza, was very knowledgeable and even knew what order to see the sights to avoid the crowds. We had plenty of time to explore on our own as well after hearing the historical context at each site. Eliza even made time to visit the German cemetery because one of our group was German. That was a very thoughtful thing to do! I highly recommend this tour. You won't be able to see it all on your own as easily as with someone who knows the area. The small group tour was the way to go!

Wonderful experience - Steven was a great guide for my family and I. He was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. He did a great job incorporating some lightness throughout a tour of a very heavy topic.

Alex Uhren- Best Guide Ever - We really hit the jackpot getting guide Alex Uhren for our full day tour of Normandie DDay. Alex is a passionate and detailed expert on Everything World War II and especially Normandy interjecting a sense of humor & levity as needed. We were absolutely wowed by his expertise and his ability to make us feel as if we were back in 1944 for this memorable day in Normandy. His command of fascinating details & facts was unbelievable. He truly transported us into time and place plus gave us insight into the tremendous preparation of this coordinated attack of men, machines supplies etc. Hands down. the most knowledgeable guide I’ve ever had with years of experience & love of WWll history. We feel so grateful to have had him to learn & experience this memorable day. Thank Alex for an amazing day we will never forget!
