Delve into the captivating universe of Rum by visiting one of the most famous distilleries, culminating in a tasting of some of the most distinctive and recent rums. Treat yourself to a tasting of Ron del Barrilito, an 1880 recipe that offers a heightened experience of accelerated aging with its 4 barrel-aged rums. Finally, we make our way to Old San Juan to uncover Scryer, a hidden jewel of a barrel house with a unique approach to rum making. Here, we experience every segment of their aging process and their end product. There’s also the opportunity to feast on delightful food at their rooftop and partake in their occasional special events.
