Stunning island tour!! - The views were absolutely stunning and the guides and staff were one of a kind. The beach was very sandy…food was fantastic. Highly recommend them.

Saona Island tour - Second time to Saona Island, our first tour with this company. Overall we had a great experience! Only real downside was the long bus ride to and from the meeting point, but unless you’re staying somewhere close, you can come to expect that. Our bus driver, Juan, did a great job! Our tour guide, Alex, was also wonderful and did a great job with the entire tour. We had another great trip to Saona Island and we would recommend to others.

Saona Island Day Tour—Do It! - We had a fantastic day on the Saona Island Day Trip. Our guide Alex and driver Juan and boat crews were awesome—very interesting information about the Dominican and kept the group organized and moving from one location to another. The lunch was tasty. The natural swimming pool was very cool and Saona was beautiful—the highlight of the day. It was a longer day but definitely worth it.

A fun and picturesque day! - This was a great excursion. Everyone involved was friendly and worked to make it a great experience. Be aware that the time for this activity is longer than what it listed. (Ours was about 2hours longer.) Side note: beautiful beach, but water shoes are a good choice if you plan on getting in water.

Alex is the best! Great trip. - Service and people were amazing. Alex made the trip a great experience. Only thing we did not like was the travel to and from. We got off the final boat at 5pm and did not return to the resort until about 7:30pm. All in all, it was a really fun day.

Avoid being scammed - Buyer Beware – Poor Customer Service and Hidden Policies I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others don’t waste money or precious vacation time. First, I was told I would not be picked up at my Airbnb, despite it being listed as part of the pickup zone and my address being provided. The exclusion details were vague and lacked a map or any clear information to make an informed decision. After several text exchanges, I was told I had to meet at a nearby pickup point. The pickup time changed multiple times, with the final time set at 7:05 AM, sent via text at 7:49pm. On the morning of the trip, I informed the company at 6:50 AM that I was having trouble finding an Uber to the meet-up location. I arrived at 7:11 AM but was left behind despite informing them of my situation. They dismissed me, citing a "5-minute wait" policy that was never mentioned in the terms and conditions at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a replacement trip and still charged me for a service I didn’t receive. I reached out to Viator for support, but they sided with the company, citing their “policy” as justification. It’s disheartening to see how customer service seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction these days. While I’ve generally had positive experiences with Viator in the past, this situation left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. I strongly recommend confirming all details before purchasing and getting policies in writing to hold these companies accountable and to never use this company.

Bad experience - I was never picked up. I need a refund . I waited and nobody showed up. I’m requesting my $55 refund back to my bank account.

Terrible! - Terrible service! We were just 2 minutes late to the pickup spot, and the driver left without us—even while I was on the phone informing them that we were on our way. Since our hotel didn’t have car service, we tried to explain the situation, but the driver still chose to leave. Waking up at 6 a.m. for this trip only to be ignored and left behind was extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this company!
