highly recommend the Half-Day Buggy 4X4 and ATV ride. - The driver was unable to meet the scheduled date for the excursion, necessitating some negotiations. We eventually reached an agreement and were able to proceed with the second date. The first part of the excursion, which involved driving buggies through muddy puddles, was particularly enjoyable. However, we encountered a mechanical issue with one of the groups buggy tires, which required us to give up our buggy and switch to guides ATV for the remainder of the trip. Despite this setback, we were able to continue the excursion without any further complications. The guide was attentive and provided excellent instruction throughout the experience. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend the Half-Day Buggy 4X4 and ATV ride.

Going for A dirty ride - The best part of the excursion was driving the buggies through the mud puddles Which were located in the beautiful Kings fields.

Amazing tour - The service was exceptional, our tour guy took beautiful pictures of us and took his time to explain and make sure we were having fun. We love it.

An experience you will not forget - What an experience! This was an adventure we will never forget. From beginning to end it was so much fun. The guide snd everyone else involved did a fantastic job. It was a family of 10 and it was the highlight of our 8 day cruise. Will certainly do it again and I highly recommend this tour.

Good and dirty! - The trip was great! We drove in, but they pick up people from hotels. The guide spoke multiple languages and were very accommodating. They were entertaining and guided us Through some local streets, through the sugarcane fields, to the river, and to the coffee tasting. There were many puddles and many dips in the dirt roads. It was a lot of fun! Great experience

Great experience - It was a great experience. A magnificent roadtrip with our great Guide Francis which was extraordinary. I highly recommend. Breathtaking scenery. Strong sensations guaranteed.

Good fun! - Overall, this was fun! It dragged a bit toward the end as we stopped at a few places and stayed for a bit. But that also may just be me. Also, be careful with the pickup locations. It wasn't their fault, but the people at the hotel where we met attempted to scam us into thinking we didn't book the ride and would need to pay in cash.

Amazing Experience! - My wife and I went on this experience and it was amazing! A few things to note: they sell you googles for $20 and a bandanna for $5 as an option. I didn’t buy the goggles because I’m cheap but for anyone going on this excursion, BUY GOGGLES OR BRING YOUR OWN before going on this excursion. You’re going thru dirt paths and the dirt will definitely get in your eyes and it’s kinda annoying/uncomfortable. Sunglasses are not going to stop any dirt from going in your eyes trust me. Same reason to get a bandanna as to cover your mouth and nose from breathing dust clouds in. I had a spare tank top in my bag so I wrapped that around my face and it was fine. When we went, it had been sunny for weeks prior so we didn’t go thru many mud puddles but it only takes 1-2 to get dirty so keep that in mind. Your clothes will get dirty so maybe bring a spare to change in the bathroom after the excursion. You make a stop at this beautiful river and you can also take a swim in it which we did. We also drove thru sugar cane fields which was so cool and also creepy since it definitely looks like where you’d hide a dead body lol. You also drive thru some local communities where people actually live , mostly in what it seems like a poverty stricken area. My wife and I grew up like this so it didn’t bother us at all, rather intrigued us to see the real side of DR and how locals live. They were all very friendly as we drove by and waved us which was nice. The only reason why I’m giving this a 4 stars out of 5 is that our tour guide was kinda “dry” and didn’t have much energy. Maybe I’m nitpicking but I do believe tour guides have a big impact when you’re doing most excursions. He gave us info on all of our stops but it was very basic info and kept it pretty short. Mind you this experience is about the buggy ride which was absolutely amazing. Either way I would 100% recommend this excursion to anyone thinking about it.
