A must tour! - Fun and interesting tour start to finish. Tour guide explained thoroughly and extensively the historical points of the sites. This tour combines fun and history which is 100% recommendable.

Unique experience - It was a fun and unique experience. My son and parents didn't want to ride the slides, which was ok as there were stairs next to the slide. Also, it wasn't slippery or anything. I would say it is safe for any age! (This was a concern for me for my parents in their 70's). Our guide was very informative and it was a great way to learn more about not just the saltmine but Salzburg as well. I' highly recommend it.

Marko is the best! - Marko is the best tour guide! We really enjoyed his guidance and knowledge of the area. Super friendly and flexible! The salt mines are super fun. My children especially enjoyed the train ride and slides. We all enjoyed the short boat ride. Loved having the time to explore the little town as well. Great excursion!

Would recommend to any adventurous person, no matter your age! - The ride was fun though a bit scary at first. The history and continuing methods of mining were amazing! Tour guide was excellent.

Great way to go to a Salt... - Great way to go to a Salt Mine. The scenery is awesome. The only problem, the ones in the back couldn't hear most of the time.

Great tour!! - Fantastic tour! Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us a ton about the history of Salzburg and the mountain where the salt mine was located and the little town we stopped in. The salt mine was a lot of fun and very interesting. Great tour to take on a rainy day! -comfy shoes are a good idea -any large bags or jackets can be left in the tour van -no picture allowed inside the mine but they take pictures of you that you can purchase

Superb experience - An unforgettable day out! This tour absolutely maximizes the beauty and history of the Salzburg/Bavaria region. Our tour guide, Johannes, was beyond insightful, incredibly personable and went the extra mile to ensure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. Make sure to ask him for food/drinks recs! An absolute MUST if you’re in Salzburg, just make sure you check times and availability season to season.

Guiding on this tour was... - Guiding on this tour was the best of the three that I took with the company, thanks Milchi. Much preferred 6 on a minibus to 63 in a coach. Varied and interesting stops. Sit on the right crossing the mirror lake!
