Hozier, Trippy Cave and a Magical Fountain - As close to meeting Hozier as it gets. Hope he channels his recent heartbreak into some good music :(

Nice trip but long traveling - The trip is nice but all was on hurry. It’s a lots of travelling between the locations. We started our journey at 6.30am and get back at 11.00pm. It’s 2.30h from Batumi. The driver wasn’t polite. He drove very dangerous and kept extremely cold in the bus.He can’t speak English.

Could be better - I’m sorry but the tour wasn’t great. 1) we travelled from Batumi- the tour started at 6:30am and we got home at 11pm (not 9pm as promised by the operator) - around 10hours of the time we spend in the van driving so that was not great 2) communication was poor, I had to contact the operator the day before where they gave me wrong information; the tour group was a little disorganized due to lack of communication too 3) no info was provided regarding the tour: it includes a 7km hike (where was it written?); ideally a tour should have a timeline, main activities, clothes to weak (for a hike) and things to take with you (could have at least mention water and snacks for a 15h tour) 4) lunch was okay (you have to pay for it which they do disclose) but the timing was not ideal- it was after all the sights at around 7pm; we started the tour at 6:30am with no snacks in between so were very hungry by then 5) the price was ok for the amount of driving but as the tour operator told us it would be cheaper to pay for it directly (not via TripAdvisor) - it was too late to cancel and change it so we basically overpaid a bit Things that were good: -our guide Soso was very friendly and did great to make it more interesting -the driver did his best and even drove us to the hotel -the places were pretty

not worth it to 12 hours - It was 12 hours of a trip from Batumi and honestly it wasn’t productive at all. Lunch took forever and late, but the ectivities took few minutes, max 15 minutes. They put everyone together in boats. On other hand the Saba the Guide was with a very nice and friendly attitude.

Great locations, below average tour plan. - The locations of the trip are fabulous and worth visiting. The trip from Batumi however starts at 630am and is very hectic as we are made to travel all the way to Kutaisi and combined with a group from Kutaisi. And on return, our driver went off route to pick up other travelers to batumi as our vehicle was half empty and we reached Batumi at 11pm. The tour guide is professional and has good knowledge about the places we visited. While the trip was planned perfect for Kutaisi customers who start at 9am, if you are coming from Batumi please pack a lot of snacks as your first and only food stop will be at 4pm especially considering this tour has a lot of walking/trekking to do. The trip can be taken up for solo travellers from Batumi, however if you are 2 or more people, try to book a direct Cab/transfer from websites like GoTrip (will come at lesser price if there are 2 or more).

Beautiful locations, service with room for improvement - The pick-up location in Batumi was poorly described. It would have been very helpful to know that the office is inside the cable car building. The taxi driver who brought us to Kutaissi was not friendly at all, at times with reckless driving and face-timing while driving, refusing to pull up the window when asked. The tour guide in Kutaissi was friendly, but his English a bit hard to understand and the information he provided was quite basic. The boat trip is not much of a trip as it lasted for about 5 min. The rest of the tour though was definitely worth the trip, due to the stunning beauty of the landscape (waterfalls, canyon, caves)! Also the restaurant where we stopped was a very beautiful location.

Not well organized company - This was our third tour in Georgia with various tour companies. Unlike the other companies, this time only one guy was with us, as the driver and the guide at the same time. However the fact that we didn't like at all, was that Prometheus cave was closed for maintenance and they were not informed! So when we went there, the guide told us to visit Tetra cave instead, which is non comparable to Prometheus cave and doesn't even worth visiting. Honestly, if we knew that this tour woudn't include the Prometheus cave we wouldn't participate.

Suspicious tour people - Suspicious tour people. They said first a black van and group tour. Late night before the trip a guy texted me from his number and said he will pick me up with his personal car. He looked suspicious from the way talking, and I decided being safe better than sorry and didn't go with him.
