Peaceful and informative - Ayannar was lovely - very organised and friendly, with excellent English, and made the whole trip exceptionally painless. He helped us avoid the worst of the crowds and took special care to make sure we had a good experience at each place.

Awesome Batu Caves experience - I had a great time, Vincent was super friendly and helpful and also patient. I would gladly recommend this to anyone who wants to see the Batu caves and explore the waterfalls. It's a bit of a hike in the Malaysian heat but very worth it.

Fantastic way to see the sights :) - What a fantastic way to see the sights, our guide Jay was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, we would highly recommend using him/the Company he works for, we went to the hot spring , waterfall (with lots of cute monkeys), then to the Batu caves, allow 3-4 hours for all 3.

A wonder spectacle at the Batu Caves - Stephen was our guide , he was very punctual and very nice and friendly. On the day we went Batu caves it was very busy, Stephan made suggestions which changed the order of the itinerary but in doing so made it much more efficient use of time. Bath caves is a must see , we were lucky enough to witness a festival and Stephan was very patient with us. Selangor factory iscwith a trip and the hot springs is just a nice thing to experience. All in all a livel day with a kind thoughtful and knowledgeable driver/guide. .

Not as described but driver amazing - Our driver, Maran, was so lovely and knowledgeable. This review is for him! The tour company though initially had us booked as having to pay our own entrance fees (was cleaned up when driver made a call to them), but Viator bookings don’t show what you actually booked or the original ad which makes verifying ourselves very difficult. Tour ws supposed to include hot springs - it did not. We asked the driver about this when nearly back at city and he said it wasn’t booked as that (was clearly described in booking). He offered to take us out again but was a bit late in the day and too far to head back. There are lots of steps at waterfalls and Batu caves - got lots of exercise today!! :) FYI - need cash to use toilets at waterfall (1 MYR plus extra for toilet roll!)

Worth a visit to Batu Caves - Driver was friendly and nice Took us to the venues detailed on the trip as advertised We had plenty of time at each site however there was not enough information I felt about what we were to do there Eg swimming in waterfalls and bathing at hot springs Apart from that it was good value for money

Unsatisfactory vehicle - The Batu Caves were great, however the time allowed there wasn't sufficient to even visit a temple. The Waterfall walk was lovely, but again, not sufficient time allowed. It would be better to leave out the visit to the Hot Springs (which added no value to us) to enable more time to be spent at Batu Caves and The Waterfall. There were 6 of us on the tour. 4 adults and 2 small children (3 and 1 years old) The vehicle which transported us was not a 'luxury' car for 6 people. It was a small car, those squased in the very back (which was 1 adult and the 3 year old) could not see anything out the windows, nor hear anything the guide had to say. It was the most uncomfortable trip for the adult in the rear. To have charged NZ$55 for a 3 year old child was outrageous. Considering the vehicle was so uncomfortable, we feel what what we paid altogether (NZ$358.14) was too much. What we could hear from the guide's commentary was limited.
