Well organized, great tour, but too few Fireflies, eagle feeding disappointing! - The pickup worked perfectly! Our driver Razif tried very hard for us, well informed about everything and was extremely friendly and accommodating! Unfortunately, we did not see quite as many Fireflies as expected and the eagle feeding offered was not worth their money. The silver monkeys compensated us for everything! Overall everything was great organized and was a lot of fun - nice tour!

Batu cave and firefly - The Batu cave visit is a spectacular experience, however it is not for the elderly or small children. The many steep steps leading to cave can become busy and slippery with water. The fact that there are numerous monkeys jumping about in all directions can be quite distracting, they are constantly trying to grab food or water bottles. The site in cavern and temple are well worth the exertion. Probably one of most spectacular photo opportunities in kuala lumpur. From there we proceed to fishing village to travel by speed launch to watch sea eagles feeding in the wild. This is not just one or two eagles but in the hundred plus. Latter when the sunsets you view the fire flies which light up the night. Overall a special tour that is a must see if you visit kuala lumpur. Our tour guide was roseman who from collecting us from hotel , was a truly magnificent guide who was informative , knowledgeable and great company. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Highly recommend Rosman for any tour in KL - I hired Rosman for a day trip during my layover at KL. He was very punctual and went above and beyond to serve his customers. He took us to all the planned places and even few more. He is very trustworthy and gem of a person. His services are very reasonable and much more value for money than using grab.

Highly recommend - Very good. Nice clean car. Prompt and kept us informed. Bottle of water in the car. Would recommend this company. We did the all 3 activities. Enjoyed the eagle feed and fireflies but the blue plankton was disappointing

Fantastic experience - Muhammad our driver was amazing. He was very accommodating and made the whole trip extremely enjoyable. He took some amazing photos for us throughout the trip and gave us many tips on what to do and look out for. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who is interested to see Batu caves and the Fireflies.

Great tour to Batu Caves and Fire Flies - My driver was on time and put lots of trips forward for me to do and explained all the places we visited. He gave me plenty of time at the Batu caves so no need to hurry and recommended food and restaurant before the fireflies tour. He handled all tickets and which boats to get on and what time, would highly recommend using this service/tour especially if you are a female solo traveller.

Temple was great but we didn't see other things - The India temple is amazing. But the boat experience was bad. It rained at the time. The boat company should not sell the boat ticket in the bad weather because they know we won't be able to see anything. The boat was shaking in the big wave. Some passengers started screaming. So we were back in disappointed ☹️

Not an executive taxi service at all - I booked this trip on the strength of the other reviews, and because it positions itself as an executive tour. The car was very poor quality, old dirty with seats held together with tape. Our other cars we booked had been top notch, new and with water etc. Our driver Razzi didn't speak to us too much, and certainly didn't seem to be the 'knowledgeable guide' that other reviews reported. We were offered no water, despite saying we needed some- so went and purchased it ourselves. At the Batu Caves ( which were soooo busy due to new year) he drove past the entrance saying we couldn't park there ( although once inside we saw others parking and asked if it was allowed). We were told yes for a small fee. Had Razzi asked we would have paid it as oppose to driving around for ages then being dropped off and having to text him and wait for him to come around again once we had finished. By this time we had lost enthusiasm, and although I wanted to do the monkeys we just couldn't face the firefly tour etc so requested to just go straight back to KL after the Melawati Hill. I dont like posting negative reviews, but am not sure If I received a different service to the other reviewers and would not like others to have the expectations I did. On the plus side, Razzi was a good driver and not on his phone all the time texting or taking calls. The communication before the tour was good and worked well for drop offs and pick ups.
