Knowledgeable + small tour group - My mum and I went on the tour with James - he was fantastic! James had plenty of knowledge about Bath, from the historical sights to giving us great recommendations on where to eat/drink. Having the pub stops was great to chat to the others on the tour (only four of us all together!) and learn more about the history in a closer environment. Also having such a small group made it super easy to hear and ask more questions. Highly recommend!

Highly Highly Recommend!!! - James was an awesome tour guide. It was our first time in Bath, and we had limited knowledge of the city before taking this tour. We had no idea Bath had such a rich history!!
James went at a good pace, answered all of our questions, and also gave recommendations for other things to do and see in Bath. This tour hit highlights such as the Abbey, outside the Roman Baths, the Circus, the Royal Crescent, and more. James was very descriptive of important historical people and the culture that shaped Bath's history. The 3 pubs we went to were great as well, and we got to sample delicious local ales and ciders. If you want an all-inclusive tour of Bath, I would definitely book this tour!

James was a great guide - James was a great guide--very knowledgeable and always interested in our questions. We learned a lot about Bath's history through the ages and enjoyed three half-pints as well in very atmospheric pubs. He was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with.

Brilliant tour with welcome pub visits - James is very knowledgeable, provided us with really interesting tour which you can’t get from guide books alone. The pub stops were also very welcoming and made the tour a unique experience. I would definitely highly recommend

Interesting and Fun - My friend and I really enjoyed this recent tour of Bath and a few of its quirky pubs. Our guide, James knows the city well and pointed out lots of interesting sights and told lots of stories with his very dry British sense of humour and also bought the beers - we could have happily stayed on chatting and drinking in some of the pubs for much longer!

Great tour, very informative and covers so much of Bath, not just the pubs! - This was a great tour, really informative and great to go with a local, I realised there is so much I didn’t know about Bath. James is really helpful, funny and attentive to all our needs. Of course the frothy beers were lovely too!

A must do - Excellent tour . James was great he asks if there is anything you are particularly interested in a will tailor the tour for you . The tour was interesting, funny and the 3 hours flew by . It was an added bonus to stop off and try the local beer and continue chatting about the area . Highly recommend.

A must do tour - Great tour ! James made the tour interesting and funny and he will tailor it to what you are interested in seeing and learning about . We saw parts of Bath we would not have visited if we had not done this . It was also great to stop off try a local drink and continue to chat about the area .The 3 hours flew by ! Highly recommended.

A great experince - I recently organised for a corporate group to have a tour of Bath with James. When organising the tour, James was really helpful, approachable, responsive and happy to tailor the tour to our needs. The group all came back from the tour and had a great time from an interesting guide and learning about a beautiful city!
