Best tour guide ever! - You will be in constant awe the whole tour. It was very crowded and rainy but we still enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Montserrat was amazing. I slipped on the wet floor and cut my arm. She took me to the medics and got me bandaged up. She then helped us do some shopping and walked us to the taxi stand so we could get back to our ship. A shout out to her for going way above and beyond. Love you Montserrat!

Amazing and moving - Amazing! Our guide, Jordi, was passionate about this place and he had everyone in the group involved. There’s definitely a mystical connection when you enter. The knowledge he shared made the tour very memorable.

Well worth it! - Great learning opportunity….tons of information. Having a tour guide was ideal to get questions answered vs just listening to audio recording. Be prepared to be wowed.

Can’t Capture It…But Do Not Miss This Tour - Metro directly across the street. Meeting point & guide with red flag, easy to find but arrive early to be sure. Skip the line worked well. Guide very knowledgable but anything you learn ahead of time will be helpful. Missed this last visit to Barcelona…didn’t want to make that mistake again.

First time at Familia Sagrada - When starting to meet for the tour, watch for guides with red flags. The flags don't say Viator on them and it's the only way to locate the guides. Be prepared to go through airport type of security check. Our guide Raul was wonderful. He knew the history and made it fun along the way.

Unbelievable Basilica - The structure is an amazing feat of structure and design. The story is as amazing. A must see if you are in Barcelona. Our guide was a font of knowledge and made sure everything went well. At the moment I can't think of his name. When I do I will amend my review.

Good tour - The tour guide was knowledgeable in the history and features of the cathedral and the logistics of navigating the grounds. The church was packed, so sometimes members of the tour group were cut off and he did not wait for stragglers to catch up before moving further away. We found out too late for our tour, but one could request a wheelchair before heading inside for those with limited mobility.

Terrible customer service - Ended up at the wrong meeting point. There are so many Sagrada Souvenir shops. Called the number for help & they basically said too bad.

VIATOR - horrible service! - We arrived at the designated location for checking in - all to be told by Julia Travel that the church tour was cancelled. They said we should have been advised by Viator. We were not! I received constant reminders from Viator that our tour was upcoming, also alerting what a cancellation status would be and when to cancel to avoid charges. Julia Travel would not assist,us in any way. Viator failed us horribly. They could have moved our tour time prior to the 2:30pm closing. The church closed for an Easter Concert. Our tickets were for 3:30pm. Horrible service by Viator. Beware…you cannot depend upon them at all. Our whole reason for staying the night in Barcelona was to see the beauty of the church inside. They certainly did not have trouble charging me for the tour!
