Interesting tour of Park Guell - The tour was well organized and the guide - Martha very knowledgeable and friendly. She offered us information that made the Pak Guell tour much more interesting than visiting it without a guide.

Guided Tour Parc Güell - You probably don't have to say any more words about the great park - great! Tour is well organized, meeting point at a restaurant (good tapas!), our guide Sonia was friendly and informative and also gave us many tips for things to do after the tour. Pleasant especially the small group.

Cancelled with no refund - The day before they cancelled the visit at park guell.
No refund. No further explanation. That was my only option to visit the park
Avoid amigo tour.

Tour guide was a no-show! - We booked from Trip Advisor, although the tour was with Amigos Tours in Spain. We were very disappointed because the tour guide didn’t show up for the tour. No notification or communication about the cancellation. Ten of us on the tour waited 30 minutes at the assigned meeting point. We all made calls looking for the guide but didn’t have any luck.
We then tried to buy tickets for entrance on our own, but ticket sale were sold out for the next 3 days.
We are trying to get a refund and hope Trip Advisor will honor their agreement.

Bad experience with Amigo Tour (tickets purchased from Headout ) - Unfortunately after paying for the very expensive ticket they were unable to enter because the guide was not there. The staff of the park helped us to call the tel. assistance of Amigo tour who told us to wait at the entrance of the park, where we stayed until 19.00 without anyone arriving.
