Then we could’t enter the park alone, but she was so kind, came and looked for us and we entered the park together. My son said to me: “Mami, it shows how she loves Barcelona. Very nice experience recommended - The tour to Park Guell was beautiful and interesting and thanks to our guide Silvia who was very kind and knowledgeable we were able to discover many interesting things about the park. Great experience and great guide - We did a group guided tour of the Park Güell. Our guide’s name was Clara, she did the whole tour in english and spanish, which was great as we are a bilingual couple. Carla was extremely well informed and provided us with interesting and fun facts about the city and its most famous architect. We would happily recommend anyone interested in culture and history to take the same tour and guide! Thanks!

Park Guell with garbage bags! - My tour was cancelled 2 times! The first time on top of the hour saying that we would not have a guide in Spanish, as we would return to Brazil the next day, we accept to do with a guide in English right!! Then they confirmed the meeting point and kept the schedule, but nobody showed up!!! My travel agent contacted me and said that they had changed the schedule to 5 p.m. (before it was 4 p.m.) said they sent a message but I didn't get it and neither did my agent!! Because of all this delay we ended up visiting the park under the rain!! Details: Do not offer capes or rain shields!! The restaurant that gave away garbage bags!!! The guide was Spanish but followed the whole tour in English, I don't understand why he couldn't do in 2 languages, after all the whole mistake was from the agency and not ours! The guide was very friendly anyway...

SCAMMERS, WITHOUT EMPATHY, TOTALLY DISCRIMINATORY ATTITUDE - I rate them a star because I can't put less on them, you scammers without empathy. With my partner who has a motor disability we booked the guided tour of the Park Guell with paid tickets and the meeting point set was a totally inborn area for people with disabilities (cannot reach by car), situation that is not specified in the voucher. Upon arriving in the vicinity of the park - which if fully accessible- and realizing this I went to the meeting point to tell him that my partner could not get there but could access through the entrance of the park in the locker area. Given this the guide, Casandra flatly refused telling me that if we were not at the meeting point we would lose the excursion. For this reason we had to pay the entrance fee again. When they telephoned to coordinate the return of the tour, the company representatives ignored. Only tourism company with which I have had this problem, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.-
