Delightful experience - Simon was fun, informative and detailed. We learned techniques to make paella and sangria. Portions were good. There was enough time for the group to connect with each other as well as ask Simon lots of questions.

Great time making Paella with Hugo and team. - Our time with Hugo and team could not have been better. From introductions, the trip to the market and purchasing sea food was a great start. What fun we had following Hugo’s lead to first make Sangria and then to making the delicious Paella and almond cake. Could not have asked for a a better time with our family and Hugo and team.

Great Paella making class with Sangria!! - We thought this was a great experience. Started out by going to the market to choose the seafood we’d use to make the paella. After returning to the class, we started by making a jug of sangria. It tasted delicious. We then continued to proceed through all the steps to make a great paella. Our instructor Simon, was an excellent chef and also knowledgeable on the regional differences of paella. We had a really fun night!! Would definitely recommend taking this class!

Unsafe area, very scary situation for us - This was a disaster. My husband and I travel frequently and most of my trips are scheduled with Trip Advisor/Viator. We walked to the starting point and it was horribly unsafe. The address was in an alley, there was no signage, and there were people on drugs in the alley dragging a heavily soiled mattress. We could not risk our safety to try and figure out what to do. We walked around the corner to a slightly safer area and called Viator for help. They could not reach the business by phone to get any help. We would NOT recommend this as it’s a very unsafe area.
