• Barcelona - The meeting point is at the exit of Metro Vall d’Hebron, accessible via Metro Lines 3 and 5. The van ride to the starting point of the mountain tour will take under an hour.
  For the morning trip, departure is at 8 am, with a return to Barcelona by 12:30 pm. For the afternoon trip, departure is at 4 pm, with a return to Barcelona by 8:30 pm.
• Parque Natural de Sant Llorenc del Munt i l’Obac - Arrival at the nature park is before 9 am for the morning trip and before 5 pm for the afternoon trip. The park is situated at an altitude of 870 meters (2854 feet).
  The tour covers a total distance of 7.5 km (4.66 miles) with an accumulated elevation gain of 250 meters (820 feet).
• Montcau - The tour concludes with a climb to the summit of Montcau, which stands at 1056 meters (3464 feet).
  The panoramic views from this rocky mountain are spectacular. On clear days, Montserrat, the Pyrenees, Montseny, and more can be seen.
• Barcelona - The route concludes around 11:45 am, with a return to Barcelona by 12:30 pm. For the afternoon trip, the return is at 7:45 pm, arriving in Barcelona by 8:30 pm.

This tour is not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties.
