Amazing architecture, well organized, but lots of steps to climb, are elevators but just take a few people at a time. - Worth doing after seeing Sagreda Familia and Casa Batllo! Amazing architecture, Gaudi was a genius ahead of his time! Don’t miss the attic and rooftop . Lots of stairs.

Of Gaudi and everything curvy - One just cannot escape Gaudi's spell in Barcelona. The well-known architect has left countless architectural legacy in the city. One such shining example is La Pedrera, meaning "stone quarry", which is also known by its alternative name, Casa Mila. It has the distinction of being the last mansion designed by Gaudi before he fully devoted his time to the Sagrada Familia. Located on the Eixample district along the busy Passeig de Gracia thoroughfare, this modernist building from the early 20th century resembles a wobbling jelly with its visibly wavy stone facade and is easily differentiated from its surrounding buildings. Our timed ticket booked online at €29 each provides audio-guide access to all 9 floors of the building, including the fairy-tale-like rooftop terrace with all its warrior-looking chimneys. Typical of Gaudi's works, there are hardly any straight lines in his design, so expect to see undulating curves and naturalistic elements throughout the building interior. Despite the initial criticisms of his unconventional design, Gaudi certainly has the last laugh as more than 1 million visitors annually now line up to admire his iconic masterpiece. A must-see for all Barcelona visitors.

Don't miss Casa Milà! - Highly recommend to see as many Gaudí attractions as you can while in Barcelona - he was a mad genius! Casa Milà is an absolutely gorgeous apartment building. We did a regular audioguide tour but with an augmented reality part that was very cool. Loved it!

The work that encloses all the art of Gaudi - The visit with the audio guide was a wonderful experience not only in the Milò house, but also in the attic with the models of all Gaudi's works and the famous and wonderful terrace.

Guardians of the... Chimney? - Casa Mila was an incredible house to go to, one of Gaudi's most famous and best made houses, combining all his previous experience into this one amazing structure. Once in, we collected an audio guide that took us on a nice tour of the house, complete with a video on the screen. There were plenty of rooms to look through, all containing pieces of furniture like the ones there when people lived in it. The real star of the show, however, was the roof, where you could find the iconic house guardians. But beware, it's incredibly hot in the summer, you just might burn.
