Some Enchanted Evening. - Of course, when you go to Spain, you eat paella. In my experience it’s seafood paella. Our chef took us to the market to buy only the freshest ingredients from his chosen fishmongers. We then walked a few enchanting blocks to a private kitchen, where the chef made copious amounts of sangria. In fact, after the second batch, the participants made more. I don’t remember much after this. I know that everyone participated and those who were tasked with sharp knives were told how to do that without adding a finger to the recipe.

Delicious Spanish tapas and over the top paella! - Worth every euro!! Visit to La Boqueria with beautiful and spacious cooking room. Chef is definitely a professional!

Fun and delicious! - Wonderful! Trip to the market for the seafood was a blast. So many things to see and buy. Everyone helped in making the paella and we learned about cooking in general. Snacks and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were plentiful. Note there is walking to and from the market so have comfortable shoes. Enjoy!

Great info Great time - Guide spoke English well and was very knowledgeable. Fun class...unlimited sangria...learned a bunch and i have been cooking fir years.

Highly recommended! - If you enjoy learning about food and are culture curious this is the class for you. Of chef Maia was so much more than a chef. As we walked the streets of Barcelona she pointed out historic areas, provided brief historical information and shared which market stands are for tourists and which are where the locals shop. Back in the kitchen Maia did the heavy lifting while we enjoyed sangria and helped to prep the ingredients. She patiently answered our questions and laughed along with our conversation. It felt as natural as being in my own kitchen except she cleaned up! I highly recommend this affordable experience.

Loved it - The paella and sangria was amazing and the perfect dinner experience for myself and my daughter. Andre was a great host and chef he made everything look simple can’t wait to try it when we get back home

Super fun! Paella cooking class - Easy to register & simple to manage on Viator app. The guide (Manny) on time, reliable, knowledgeable on the tour and great personality. Class size (12) was perfect, interactive & participation from everyone. Love the chefs personality & style! Tapas, sangria, and paella.. all excellent!

Perfect experience - The best experience to learn about cooking, have lots of drinks, tapas and most important meet new people in Barcelona! The chefs were super friendly, funny and interesting.
I really enjoyed my experience as solo traveller, would 100% recommend to anyone.
