• Mosaicos Barcelona MOSAICCOS (Trencadís) - Raise a glass and celebrate art! Discover Gaudí’s “Trencadís” style and craft your own mosaic masterpiece in just 2 hours. During the workshop, enjoy red or white wine, soft drinks, and chips.

After a brief introduction to the technique, participants will learn to use the tools and assemble their mosaic artwork. There are various wooden designs available to choose from, which can be decorated with ceramic tiles in a wide range of colors.

Join a delightful, family-friendly mosaic workshop inspired by the legendary artist and architect Antoni Gaudí. In this 2-hour session, participants will explore the mosaic technique “trencadís,” invented by Gaudí and prominently featured in Barcelona’s iconic landmarks. Choose between glass or ceramic materials to craft a unique masterpiece in Gaudí’s style, such as a photo frame, box top, elephant, or other decorative items.

Angelika Heinbach, the owner, has been honored with the “Mestre Artesà divulgatiu” (Master Craftsman Diploma) for Excellence in the work and promotion of this art. This prestigious award was presented by the President of the Generalitat de Catalunya at the Palau de la Generalitat in Barcelona. In 2019, there was a collaboration with Casa Batlló as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Volunteers project, “The Restoration of Casa Batlló, from inside to beyond its walls.”
