Very good massage experience, not very expensive - Clean massage room and very professional team. Living room located in a superb “Alura” complex dedicated to beauty. Lomilomi massage very well executed, rather dynamic and very effective. Very experienced masseuse. Real treatment and no pain on leaving or the next day.

Highly recommended - Highly recommended experience. It is super central and they are very punctual. The therapists do great, we had a 90’ massage in the same room and came out refreshed. Clean and cozy place. We'll repeat!

Exactly what was needed. - Nice and relaxing experience. We booked right after 8 hour plane ride it was definitely what we needed. They were very attentive and knew exactly where to touch.

Celebrity Ascent Concierge room NOT WORTH IT! Not a good experience. - Celebrity Ascent-Don’t spend extra money for a concierge room… not worth it! The so-called “Veranda/Balcony Room” is basically a bumped out space in the room with a window that slides half way down. When the window was open the AC in the room would shut off and the room would get extremely warm. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience in our concierge room. We specifically asked for a balcony room with no obstruction but these concierge rooms were on the 12th deck and there was an overhang with 2 side poles which basically obstructed the views . When I complained to guest service about it, they said that they do not consider it an obstruction when clearly it is! Also, above us was the running path bridge and every morning around 5am we would hear the pounding/thumping sound from runners that would wake us up… on top of that was the lounge chair area which we would hear screeching sounds from people moving their chairs. It was not a pleasant experience. For the size of the ship the pool area is not big enough. Food could have been better. Will probably try another cruise line next time.

Worst massage experience in my life - Ordered a couples massage. Freezing cold in the massage room. Rude staff, no professionalism in massage or stretching. While the massage is being done, the masseurs are talking to each other in their own language. There was a lot of snoring. The experience was not good at all. I have had many Thai massages. I have never experienced feeling bad in my soul and body. I felt like I was being slighted.
