- Artcava - The tour begins with a visit to Artcava Winery, a charming winery situated in an old Catalan farmhouse. Participants will learn about the production of cava in Penedés and have the opportunity to taste three of their main wines and cavas.
- Giro del Gorner - The second stop is just five minutes from the first winery. Here, visitors will explore a 500-year-old cellar, owned by a brother and sister from the same family since the 1800s.
Guests will enjoy a wine pairing featuring three different cavas and still wines, along with local food, in the beautiful garden overlooking the vineyards. The lunch includes local delicacies such as Spanish omelette, Catalan bread with tomato, virgin olive oil, local cheese, and cold meats.

Vins El Cep - Vins el Cep is a stunning winery nestled in nature, offering a serene setting for a relaxing cava tasting. Here, participants will taste a Pet-nat and a Cava Gran Reserva.

Great tour - It was mostly cava and less wine but it was excellent. Joan the tour guy was very knowledgeable and the tour was a very enjoyable and enlightening day. I would highly recommend.

Awesome Tour! - Our tour to the 3 family cava wineries was fantastic. Tony was a great tour guide and driver and all the winery families were very informative and cordial. The 1st winery provided appetizers, the 2nd provided the main course and the 3rd offered a small dessert. The weather was ideal and the entire day was perfect!

Joan was a wonderful tour... - Joan was a wonderful tour guide. Excellent knowledge about cava wines and the area. The tour was excellent. Beautiful vineyards, wines, food and the company. I will definitely recommend this tour to friends.

The best tour to get to know Cava! - This tour was so much fun along with very informative and educational. Our guide Joan brought a real passion for the area and for the expertise needed in creating Cava. The small group approach was so worthwhile because it gave all the participants a chance to ask questions and get to know the wine makers. Needless to say the Cava we tasted was world class!

Must take tour - Fantastic Cava Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was such a fun and memorable tour! The group size was small, which made the experience feel very personal and intimate. The tastings were generous, and we got to try a wonderful variety of Cavas.
One of the highlights was learning about the origins and production process of Cava. Our guide, Joan, is a trained sommelier, and his knowledge, passion, and great sense of humor made the tour both educational and entertaining.
The convenience of pick-up and drop-off was a huge plus, making the whole day stress-free. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Barcelona for a few days — it’s a perfect way to discover and enjoy one of Spain’s greatest traditions.

Cava wineries tour… amazing! - Joan gave us the best tour ever.
He was so knowledgeable about the wineries. Each winery was fantastic. Our lunch in the vineyard was so special.
Can’t say enough good things. One of the best tours we ever went on. Highly, highly recommend.

Must do wine and Cava... - Must do wine and Cava tour when in Barcelona. Joan is a level 4 sommelier with incredible knowledge of wine and the region. The 3 vineyards were well chosen and in addition to learning a lot the wine and the picnic lunch were outstanding. Such passion about wine and the cava provided made it even more enjoyable.

If you love wine this is a must! - Joan was an absolute amazing guide, so knowledgeable and passionate! Kept us entertained the whole drive to the first winery and beyond. I was a solo traveller but lucky enough to have a great group and we even went out to the bars Joan recommended after we got back to Barcelona.
Absolutely fantastic day, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Awesome CAVA tour - Just recently returning to NYC from a visit to Barcelona. Had an awesome time, did my research and booked tons of stuff ahead. My wife and I love food and wine and really wanted to explore the wine regions around Barcellona. In my research I came across Wino Tours and book 2 wine tours, Penedes and Priorat. Our tour guide Ivan was awesome and shared with heart and soul of wine country. The wineries we visited where truly family run and we had some awesome wine and great conversations about the wine. Loved talking with the wine makers sharing our passion for wine. Spending time Ivan was the biggest highlight of our trip and can honestly say booking with Wino Tours will be the highlight of your trip.

5 Stars - Fun, Great Cava, Awesome Experience - This cava tour was absolutely amazing! From start to finish everything was so well organized and enjoyable. Joan, our driver and guide, was fantastic—friendly, fun to talk to, and full of knowledge about the region, the wineries, and the history of cava. He made the whole experience feel personal and special.
The first stop was unforgettable—Santiago welcomed us with such warmth and passion. He truly was a gem and made us feel like we were part of the family. Each of the three wineries had its own charm and unique character, and the tastings were delicious.
I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Barcelona. It’s the perfect mix of learning, tasting, and just enjoying the beautiful countryside with great people. A highlight of our trip!
