Great tour. Great guide - Tour around the Familia Sagrada perimeter and the tour through the old quarter. However we were left wondering why tickets for the subway ride could not have been purchased in advance and added to cost of tour.

Amazing tour/amazing guide - Luic was so AWESOME!!!!! He was so entertaining and informative, and really kept the entire group engaged throughout his entire tour! He was very kind and funny and carried on pleasant conversation with every group individually. My husband and I ended up leaving the tour a little bit early because we discovered that friends had bought a similar tour just two days from now and we wanted to have some thing that was fresh to experience with them… We could tell that Luic was sad that we were leaving early and I think that is a testament to the connections he makes with his group! You can tell he loves what he does and it was such a cool experience to walk around the streets of Barcelona and learn about all of the amazing Gaudì buildings

Not an entry ticket but great outside tour - Leo our guide was AMAZING! He was so passionate and tons us so much extra information. The tour got a 4 because we thought we were going inside the Sagrada and it was just an outside tour. That was very disappointing. Otherwise, it was great. Thanks Leo!!

Great Energy, Lots of Info...No Breaks - We have mixed feelings about this tour. The contact for meeting place was sent via Whatsapp, so make sure your notifications are on. My wife's contact info was used, but she doesn't have notifications on so we did not have the meeting point and circled the area a few times while trying to call and chat with the tour company (to no avail). Once she checked Whatsapp we were able to contact the guide and get caught up with the tour (about 20 minutes into the tour). We appreciated the guide's ability to multitask by texting us and continue the tour with the group. Her phone died at this point. About an hour to 70 minutes later (just over halfway through the total tour), my wife needed to use the restroom. The instructions for where to meet back with the group were incorrect which caused her to be separated from the group. I tried to position myself in a spot which was between the W/C and the group, but that just served to have me separated from the group as well. It took 3 hours for us to connect again only after she was.abke to use a taxi drivers phone charger (she couldn't find one to buy and no shop keeper was willing to allow her to charge (regardless if she'd buy anything else). To be fair the guide did check back multiple times to see if I'd found her, and let me know where they were if we could catch up. We would have loved to heard more about the history of the area and seen the Gothic portion of the city because our guide was so enthusiastic about providing information. Overall be sure you keep up with all methods of contact, know the tour company will it be available to help, and use the restroom prior to the start of the tour since it didn't seem like there was any time built in. 3 of 5 based on service.
