Barcelona - Maria was the perfect host for our tour. We decided to have this tour on our first day which helped give us a good idea of what locations to visit for the rest of our trip. Maria spotted some construction work but it was actually an archeological dig happening in the middle of Barcelona and was able to let us know what they were discovering. I would highly recommend Maria for anyone who is visiting Barcelona for the first time.

Barcelona off the beaten track - We had a very nice walk in Barcelona with Marta. We wanted to explore Barcelona not in so obvious way, as turists usually choose, but more off the beaten track. Marta did exceed our expectations indeed. She showed us very nice city views from 3 hills. The trip took 3 hours and sometimes it felt like hiking in the mountaints. Marta is a very responsive and easy going guide, her English is excellent. I strongly recommend to choose Marta as a local guide in Barcelona.

Great experience, very informative - We took this tour as a family of five (three children ages 14,12 and 10) Alessandro was very patient and worked hard to keep the kids engaged as we went along. Our son is very interested in history and found the tour particularly interesting. The focus was on the history and influences that have shaped the old town of Barcelona. However, Alessandro was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions on many different topics connected with the city. We left with a much deeper understanding of the local area and would definitely recommend.

Great tour with Ellie! - My kids had so much fun with Ellie’s tour! We all learned a lot and Ellie brought the girls a little treat for the end of the scavenger hunt. Definitely recommend!

Alan is the best! Book him, you won't regret! - Alan is one of the best tour guides we've ever had. We do a lot of walking tours, and this was by far our favorite. Alan took the time to pause and share things that otherwise go missed, providing context to their historical significance, and answered all of our questions. He also inquired on what else we had done on our trip, pulling books from his bag to help cover off on areas and topics that weren't even included on the tour, and sharing recommendations for restaurants, bars, museums, etc to enjoy on our trip. He truly went above and beyond. We will be recommending Alan to our family and friends. Thank you, Alan!

Highlight of our trip to Barcelona! - We arranged a tour with Alessandro for our first morning in Barcelona, to get a feel for the city and understand its layout. We got so much more!
Alessandro has deep, deep knowledge of the city and communicates it in such an engaging way that the time flew by. He was particularly expert on the city's history and architecture and was able to answer all the (sometimes oddball) questions from our group.
We did a three hour morning tour with 5 people aged between 14 - 77 and everyone voted it their favorite thing we did in our four day visit to Barcelona.
