Guell Park and Church combo was a great combined tour experience! Again be careful with Taxi going to Park - If you’re in Barcelona you need to visit both the Park and the chapel! This tour gives you both tours in one long afternoon. Taxis had issues finding correct location so we were lake and had to get on later tour staff was helpful for this

Park Guell and Sagrada Familia walking tour. - There is a lot of walking up and down hills so if you have an issue with walking then I wouldn't recommend this, but if you don't, I would highly recommend it. Park Guell was excellent and our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The one thing to remember though, is when get in the taxi from Park Guell to Sagrada Famila, the tour company is going to pay them The drivers tried making us pay and were very rude ( they do not work for the tour company so not their fault). Other then that, everything was great.

A must see once in your lifetime - Unbelievable Basillica which gets more impressive the closer you get. Our guide did a tremendous job of explaining the incredible detail. We were thoroughly impressed.

Highlights tours - The ticket office is easy to find which was helpful. The Park Guell tour was wonderful - highlights of the park- Oliver was our guide. He spoke clear English and switched easily between Spanish and English. His stories were fantastic and engaging. The transfer between the park and Sagrada Familia was a bit tricky. There was a short bus ride which was comfortable and nice. We grabbed a bite to eat separately then met at a second ticket office after an hour break. Had a long 25 min wait for tickets outside the site. The next guide, didn’t even catch her name, was very fast speaking, not strong in English, and zoomed us through the Sagrada Familia. Found it better to wander on our own after her tour was finished.

I didn't like the tour... - I didn't like the tour guide talking in both Spanish and English. It felt a bit chaotic and I would have preferred all English so that the time we spent would be focused on our interests. The tour itself did not use the time well. Not enough time for lunch.

Waiting tour........ - Have you heard of a 4.5 hour tour that included 1 hour break between the two parts of the tour? And then we had to wait in line to register for the second part of tour and then again for 20 min to wait for the tour guide to get the tickets. The tour guide was knowledgeable but he kept interrupting the tour to say hallo and converse with a million of his colleagues while we all waited. Very disruptive.

One out of two was just ok - There were only six of us plus the guide for Guell Park. She was aloof and didn’t want questions. Definitely impacted a place I had been looking forward to for months. The guide for the Sagrada Familia was a young man full of energy and enthusiasm.

Not recommended - This experience could’ve have been so much better if we had chosen another company for our guided tour. The tour guides were not consistent. The experience was not like it was described. The first thing our tour guide said was “Do I have any English speakers? I don’t want to translate in different languages but I will do it since I have to.” I would not recommend Julia travels to anyone.

If you have issues walking and/or climbing steps you are wasting your money. They will not accomodate your needs. - Unfortunately, we were having difficulty keeping up the pace and we knew we would so we asked the tour guide to give us the meeting point for the bus so we could make sure we got on the bus to go to the Sagrada Familia as that was the primary thing we wanted to see. We could not make it up the steps to visit Park Guell so we waited near where the guide told us the meeting point would be for the bus. She didn't tell us that the bus would be at the top of all those steps. If we couldn't make it up the steps timely the first time we certainly couldn't make it up the second time to catch the bus. Had the tour guide been more informative by telling us the bus was at the upper end of the park from the meeting point we could have taken our time and made it up the steps to be there to meet the bus. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the park or Sagrada Familia. We were very disappointed

No compensation - Very disappointed as operator did not have room as paid for and confirmed. Payment refunded, but no compensation for huge travel and planning changes. How can you now trust this Viator?
