New to Barcelona & Segways - No one in our family of four had ever been on a Segway before. We range in age from 16-57 and rate our experience outstanding. Our guides, Pablo and Luke, were fun, knew their Gaudi and personable.

Excellent activity, can... - Excellent activity, can see both beach and city. Driving is not as easy as it looks though so take it slow!

BEST BEST BEST - This is the best way to tour Barcelona. We are both around 70 and had some hesitation about our ability to control the Segway and about traffic safety. Our concerns were unnecessary because our guide, Pablo from Brazil, made sure we were comfortable and competent before we went on the tour. His knowledge of history and art added so much to the tour. Without him, we would have missed so much.

The BEST tour! - The BEST thing to do in Barcelona! This was amazing! Our guide, Pablo, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Starting at the Arc De Triomf, we had a great tour of the city stopping at La Sagrada Familia and seeing other Gaudi buildings, the Olympic Village, the zoo, shopping and dining areas and the beach. We are over sixty but felt perfectly safe on the Segway. It was a well-paced ride and great fun!

Fabio is Fabulous! - We have been fortunate to have ridden Segways in many different parts of the world. We have found it to be a great and easy way to cover a lot of territory without having to walk miles and miles and miles. Our experience with Fabio on the Gaudi Segway tour was fabulous! He was so knowledgeable, encouraging, and positive. We appreciated Fabio taking several photos of us (using our mobile phone) during our time together. His kindness and goodness radiated forward and it was a a pleasure to be in his presence. Fabio’s enthusiastic love for Barcelona shown through and was contagious. Well done, Fabio!

Fantastic!! - Great highlights of Barcelona. Our tour guide Etienne shared much history and gave us many photo stops. Would recommend more attention to maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment.

Choose another segway company - We booked the morning Gaudi tour and got a missed call and whatsapp message the day before saying they wanted to change our tour to the afternoon for technical reasons. We then get another message saying it was a mistake and they will see us on the morning tour. Then an hour and a half before our tour is due to start we get another WhatsApp message saying they wanted to change it to the afternoon for technical reasons. When I asked what these technical reasons were they said the segway hadn't charged due to a power outage in their shop. This was obviously untrue as when we arrived for the afternoon tour we saw the morning tour returning on the segways. When we start the tour we find out they have swapped us to a different cheaper tour without telling us. We are told by a tour guide that this happens a lot and they just hope people won't notice. We asked to speak to the manager on return where the receptionist claimed to be the manager and showed the customer service skills of a peanut. The whole thing was a nightmare. I have used another sevway tour company in Barcelona called Sun Segway tours that were much more professional, so my tip is book with another company.
