Great way to see Barcelona if time poor - Great way to see Barcelona if time poor, 2 different routes, get to see so much, well worth the cost. Would definitely recommend

Easy to see Barcelona - We used the 24 hour bus tour. We got a great overall look at the city then continued on to stop at places we skipped on the first round. We had a second day in the city and used what we had spotted to identify those sights we wanted to back to for a longer visit.

Value for money. - I felt the bus for a 24 hour pass was good value for money. We got to go to a few parts of the city, get around safely and didn’t have to worry about pick pockets on the underground. All in all a good service and I’d recommend for others.

Great way to see the city highlights - We were in Barcelona for a few days and purchased 48hr tickets. We did both tours, the red line one day and the blue line the next. The audio is mediocre but it was nice to be able to get off at any stop that we wished to explore and get back on once done.

Wee bit disappointed - Thoroughly enjoyed both routes, would say red route best of the two. Staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was seeing a driver ignore a couple who wanted on the bus at the beach stop, the actual stop had a road workers van parked at it and even though the couple waved their arms the driver did not stop for them.

Should called snail tour - Bus stopped far too long at each stop my 2 hour journey that I just wanted to sit on took over 3 hours , the driver twice got off to have cigarette and check his phone . Really poor

Incorrect information - We were sold tickets for the bus to include fast track entrance to Segrada Familia , on arrival we got told there are no such things as fast track tickets! Queue up with everyone else! We also had to book entry times at various stops which we could not change. When we actually got to Barcelona and tried to work out how to use our bus ticket it didn’t work. On calling the customer service number I was simply told “ not our problem, no you cannot change your date or times and no we offer no refund”. We ended up not even using the bus unfortunately.

NOT SUITABLE IF YOU’RE NOT 100% PHYSICALLY FIT!! Disgraceful !! - My friend has asthma, very limited mobility and she uses a walking aid, we were booked into the Gaudi Park Guile and we got off at the bus stop for the park. For someone with limited mobility, a half an hour walk to the park entrance up a hill and/or steps was a painful experience which resulted in us losing our time slot and the Park was full so we couldn’t re book for that day (we were only in Barcelona for 40 hours). After losing €50 due to arriving *late* (due to the ridiculously far away bus stop), we then had a painful 30 minute descent back to the bus stop. I have emailed my complaint and received a *thanks for the feedback and we’ll take it into account* type of response which I think is totally unacceptable!! This isn’t good *customer service* as far as I’m concerned and I’d avoid this company at all costs!!
