Barcelona Josep Tarradellas Airport - Security is a concern. After we went through security scanning there was no one to direct us to passport control. It was amazing that after security scanning we could easily walk through to the shops. When we went to Information desk to ask for the location of the airport lounge we were told it was close to passport control. It was then that we realised we needed our passports stamped. We had to ask around to find our way to passport control. Signage is poor. This airport should be better organised like other airports where after security scanning there is only one way to go and that is to passport control.

Deceptive description, POOR company communication - Although description lists Mercedes van or similar and free bottled water you should expect a yellow taxi Toyota Prius and no water.
This service is basically brokered to taxi companies but you are led to believe luxury.
I tried repeatedly following up with the provider with absolutely ZERO response. (I tried contacting them before our trip to change times, but they did not respond until less than 24 hours before our scheduled time (23.5 hours before) when it was too late to change or cancel.
Buyer beware of Elife Limo and now I guess Trip Advisor for such deceptive practices.

displease with airport pick up - This private airport pick up was the worst experience I have ever had. The driver had my arrival information in advance and the flight was slightly delayed and baggage claim took an unusual amount of time. I kept the driver updated via text message and phone calls. When i was able to retrieve my luggage and exit I informed the driver that i was coming out. He met me at the gate and informed he canceled the reservation because it took too long. I had to arrange for other transportation to my hotel. I emailed customer service and requested a refund due to services that were cancelled not on my behave. Viator denied my request for refund. I was very displeased with this service and I don’t recommend this service.
