Rum-ed out! - Excellent tour. Included two tasting venues so we were quite tipsy at the end! Dexter was a great tour driver with good jokes. The tasting guide at Mount Gay presented in a most entertaining way. Highly recommend this tour if you like rum!

Our guide, Rooster, was truly exceptional; he shared an impressive amount of detailed information about the island and the Bajan people. Learning about how things have changed for the better to support the community and preserve the island made the visit even more meaningful. Had a fantastic rum trip with our guide Dexter - Had a fantastic rum trip with our guide Dexter 3rd Feb 2026. Dexter was a brilliant guide, arrived on time and the tour of the rum distillery and Mount Gay Visitors centre was excellent. Admission fees were included and the length of time at the distillery and visitors centre was ample. Atmosphere was great and the crowd size was fine. Best for adults imho. Would definitely recommend Dexter as a tour guide and also Williams Tours.

Great experience - Very good experience. Friendly driver and well organized. Only feedback would be to offer higher end tastings. Both distilleries offered them if you asked. I had to rush the Foursquare one a bit because I didn’t find out about it until later. I could have done that one instead of the basic tasting while the mass group was going. It could have been coordinated in advance as an option. That being said, from a base offering if just looking for a tour and tasting, would definitely recommend.

Rum tour - Great experience with Dexter a very entertaining driver. Packed us full of interesting information about Barbados on our way to and from the rum distilleries. The rum tours were also very interesting as were the tastings.

A must-do tour! - This tour is worth your time in Barbados! Our driver, Rooster, was the best! He gave a ton of fun facts about Barbados & basically gave us a tour of the island on the way to the distilleries. The distillery tours were both really fun too-Great rum & info. Because we went in the morning, I wish lunch had been added in the tour. Bring snacks if you do the 8am tour. I highly recommend this tour.

Fun Day! - The guide at Mount Gay rum was excellent and she made the tour fantastic. Learned a a lot about the different rums. It was great to see the history.

While some parts of the... - While some parts of the tour were interesting, I expected a more in-depth tour of the facility and not as much of a rum-tasting and marketing venue for selling their products.

Rum tour - Enjoyable but far too much hanging about. I think the whole thing could have been done in half the time with no less tasting and information. My recommendation would be to seek a tour of just one distillery. Out of Four Square and Mount Gay, we preferred Four Square.
