Outstanding!!!! - This was my first time back to Barbados in 17 years. I wanted my two teenage sons who have never been to Barbados to get the full Barbados experience. The island safari tour did not disappoint! Our tour guide Lamar was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the island. Myself and the boys especially loved when Lamar drove us through the fields and the valleys and the rocky parts of the island. It was fun and adventurous. The bumpiness of the ride made my boys smile with excitement. They loved every moment of it. The views that we saw were amazing. I love how Lamar pointed out different fruits to us and took the time to talk about different historical factors of Barbados. This tour was just amazing. I hardly recommend it!!

Had a blast! - Had a great trip with 'The Mud King'. It rained but we had a blast learning about his knowledge of the island, local plants, local places, and a general history of the island. This is a nice way to see many parts of the island and learn how Barbados came to be.

Great day! - This Safari is awesome. Everybody who likes offroad, history and nature should do that. We’ve seen the plantation, plantation houses, the rough atlantic ocean, the north of the island and Rihanna’s house. The lunch was great as well. Thanks!

Wonderful tour - Wayne was an amazing guide, picked me up right on time. I knew immediately he loved his job, couldn’t have been more pleasant and knowledgeable, he couldn’t wait to start our adventure. We picked up 6 other people so we had a small group every one had such a good time. We saw every view possible. Barbados was gorgeous, it started to rain Wayne just put down the sides on our jeep and off we went. I was back right on time with plenty of time to spare. Definitely a 10. Wayne, thank you for a wonderful day.

Great trip. - Booked this trip particularly because there was no other way to get to Bathsheba. Picked up at the hotel in the open jeep.Collected others in total 9.Headed inland and went to the lion statue which was not very impressive but a nice view.We went off road through plantations and our guide Lemar gave us some history. For us Bathsheba was stunningly beautiful and we could have spent longer there. We also went to a lovely viewpoint called Salty Lips which was very wild and rocky. Lunch was in a lovely hilltop restaurant which was peaceful. The waitresses were very disorganised and kept bringing the wrong food out so we just took what we got. Some people thought the driving was a bit fast and windy but we liked it.Make sure you put suntan lotion on as my husband burt his leg. Overall we enjoyed this experience but preferred the views and scenery.

DONT GO! - We went on a 4x4 safari adventure booked thru Royal Caribbean cruise line. This was pretty much a drive thru the slums of Barbados in the back of a pick-up. We did go thru some sugar cane fields which I think was the "Safari" part of the tour. The Zebra stripes on the truck was supposed to make it seem more legit, I think. We had one stop on top of a hill by a cool old church and cemetery except there was a funeral going on. We pretty much crashed the funeral. The driver mentioned that we were going to stop for 15 minutes up ahead and then continued to drive. Didn't even slow down. evidently, he had another tour to get to. we were ok with that. We couldn't wait for this "tour" from hell to be over. The driver seemed to be trying to throw us out of the back of the truck with his swerving and swaying and taking the corners way too fast. Glad we had seat belts. We did get to see the house where Rihanna grew up. But that was the last 5 minutes of the tour. We felt like the driver should tip us for putting us through that. We really didn't want to tip him anything, but we did relent and give him $10. We normally tip $25-$50 depending on how the tour goes. This one was not great. I forgot to mention the Rum Punch. We got to sample some local Rum punch. He handed back a gallon jug and 7 plastic glasses "There were 10 of us" That was our sample of the local rum punch. Glasses to share and try to pour while being thrown around in the back of the truck!

Disappointing that the VIATOR confirmation was not actually confirmed with your operator - The event was booked and confirmed with VIATOR but after waiting for an hour to be picked up at the designated location we were informed by the tour operator that the reservation was never confirmed and we were not booked. Very disappointed to miss out on a planned outing
