THE BEST AGENCY IN BAÑOS DE AGUA SANTA, VERY FRIENDLY AND THE BEST TOURS - I visited Baños with my family and we did a private tour with Michell's agency, who was very kind and greeted us with a nice smile. The route of the waterfalls and the Devil's Pailon was the most beautiful tour, I loved it and Mishelll gave us time and the freedom to have a drink afterwards, we went to the tree house. The weather didn't help us much but the whole tour was spectacular. We booked rafting and a full day in the jungle with the agency and everything was very well organized. I definitely recommend this agency.

Private 4x4 Waterfall Tour - Spent a few hours with Mishell as she took me through the Waterfalls Trail on a 4x4 vehicle on a private tour. She organized this tour for me on short notice and arrived promptly and was great company for a solo traveler.
