• Show your E-voucher at the Calypso Ticket Counter to redeem your E-ticket. Seats will be assigned as the best available at the time of redemption
• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the theatre. Smoking and pets are also strictly prohibited
• In case, if your booking details do not match the actual situation upon arrival (e.g. child’s age, height, number of guests, etc.), you will be required to pay any additional charges on the spot before joining the show
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
