Amazing way to see the city - An easy way to soak in sights and sounds of Bangkok with helpful commentary. Four routes are available to utilize. The hop on ferry is also a very convenient way to get close to the River which was included. Quiet must be due to the corona scare but staff were excellent throughout. Audio was spot on.

Was super fun - I really enjoyed watching the famous landmarks in Bangkok through this sightseeing bus. Unlimited hop on and off really makes this tour bus highly recommendable. The audio was great too. Great tip, the 24 hour pass starts when you board first time, ie we started at 2pm and it was valid until 2pm the day after.

Great way to experience this beautiful city. - We enjoyed the rides so much we went on all the routes (even multiple times). We also loved the audio guide (which were available in many languages). Also in the heat of Bangkok, it’s great to sit on the top desk looking at architecture and neighbourhoods with cool breeze. Highly recommended!

sit back and relax and see the sights of Bangkok - I have visited many places in Bangkok. By using the Siam Hop bus service, the highlight here is the ability to get on or off the bus whenever you want. We always saw something different. It has 4 routes so covers all the city. Every seat on the bus has an audio guide throughout the route. If you are looking for a tour bus service, I recommend to buy tickets here.

Sit back and see the sights of Bangkok - This is the best way to go around Bangkok. The bus drivers were very friendly however sometimes we could not understand what they are saying on the tour but I dont speak Thai.......we relied on the audio which was gps enabled and worked perfectly. Not many people on board but we had more attention from the staff which was great. Overall it was nice experience. Thanks.

4 hop on hop lines with buses that do not allow good views - for a price of 800 bht a day (or lower when purchased for several days) you get 4 hop off hop on lines of which only the heritage line was interesting ( 2 hours) the buses are not the usual opened ones, but covered ones, so the views are not as good as in other cities the staff as helpfull and frindly headphones with explanations in several languages (thai, english, russian, malyaisian spanish, chinese... no french, german or italian available) it is way to have a rough idea of what the city of bangkok is

Siam Hop On Hop Off Bus - I, along with two friends, used this service yesterday. I would not recommend it at all. On the plus side, the buses operated to schedule and we got a good overview of the city while on the bus. Apart from the outdoor seat which were very dusty/dirty, the bus was clean and well air-conditioned. However, on the negative side, we were given audio earphones with our tickets. On all the buses we travelled on, the audio system simply played music with no information whatsoever. The drivers without exception had very poor English and no information was passed as to where the bus was, where we were stopping, etc. Only for the use of my own personal mobile wifi device, we would have been completely unaware of our routing. As our first stop, we wanted to visit Wat Traimit. When the bus drove by it we asked to be allowed off as we had passed a Siam Hop booth. After our visit, we waited at this same booth for the next available bus having enquired as to where was the scheduled bus, we were eventually informed that in fact it stopped approx 200m away around the corner outside the Prime Hotel (I think I have the hotel name correct). As a result, we missed the bus and had to wait for the next one. Having got back on, a short distance later a Siam Hop employee who did speak English got on the bus and asked where we wanted to get off for our next visit - I informed her that we wanted to stop at the Grand Palace. She then got off the bus. When we eventually stopped at the Grand Palace - no information from the non-English speaking driver - another Siam Hop employee with limited English who briefly got on the bus advised that the Grand Palace was closed since 1530 and it was now 1538. We then continued our tour to Wat Benchamabophit and used taxis/tuk-tuks after that rather than Siam Hop. We were not alone in being frustrated customers of Siam Hop - another very annoyed English couple described it as a 'magical mystery tour'. Not to be recommended unfortunately.
