Bangkok – Khao Yai
Khao Yai - The journey to Khao Yai begins with a stop at the Klang Don fruit market, offering a variety of local products, fruits, and vegetables.
Khao Yai National Park - Explore Khao Yai National Park, Thailand’s first national park, established in 1962. Renowned for its beauty, Khao Yai is a World Heritage Site due to its diverse flora and fauna.
Haew Suwat Waterfall - A notable attraction in Khao Yai National Park is Haew Suwat Waterfall, where water cascades from a 20-meter high cliff into a basin and stream below.
Khao Yai – Phimai – Korat
Nakhon Ratchasima - Head north to the capital of Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima, still affectionately known as Korat by locals. Before reaching Korat, visit the Dan Kwian pottery village. Continue to Korat for a city tour, including a stop at the Thao Suranari (Lady Mo) memorial, honoring a woman who resisted the Laotian invasion in the 19th century.
Korat – Buriram – Surin
Surin - Proceed to Surin and explore its fascinating national museum (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). The museum showcases artifacts tracing the region’s history from prehistoric times and provides insights into the various ethnic groups residing there today: the Khmer (a minority descended from a people who once ruled Southeast Asia to India 1000 years ago), the Suays, and the Laos, each with their own language, traditional attire, and customs.
Surin – Khong Jiam
Prasat Wat Sa Kamphaeng Yai - Travel to Kamphaeng Yai to visit this lesser-known Khmer site. Dating back to the 11th century, it comprises six buildings. Visitors can admire sculptures of Hindu deities Shiva and Vishnu on the lintels, along with Khmer inscriptions. An important celebration of the Khmer community takes place here every March.

Nakhon Phanom – Sakhon Nakhon – Udon Thani
Udon Thani - Transfer to Udon Thani. Head south of the city to visit the lake known as “Talay Bua Daeng,” which translates to the “Red Lotus Sea.” From December to February, the lake is adorned with red lotus flowers. Enjoy a delightful boat ride through the heart of the “Red Sea.”
Udon Thani – Nong Khai – Flight to Bangkok – Departure
Udon Thani - Spend the morning visiting the Orchid farm. The farm’s owner developed a unique variety of endemic orchid with a delicate fragrance in 1977, known as the Udon Sunshine.
Nong Khai - Continue to Nong Khai, a charming border town with Laos. Visit Sala Kaew Ku, a park featuring sculptures inspired by Buddhist and Hindu deities, some reaching 25 meters in height. Explore the vibrant Tha Sadet market, offering products and crafts from Indochina, traded with Laos.
Bangkok - In the afternoon, return to Udon Thani for the flight to Bangkok, followed by a transit to the departure flight.
