Terrific tour guides - This trip was brilliant. I booked it because it includes seeing alot of sights in one day. The best part of this amazing tour, by far , were our tour guides Molly and Amy. I learnt so much from them, that I otherwise would have never known. I hope to come back to Banff and book more tours.

Beautiful Lake Louise - Loved Lake Louise but couldn’t appreciate the colour as it was 90% frozen over. Disappointed Lake Moraine was still closed

First class tour and guide - Slightly delayed pick up but overall an excellent tour. Barry was a first class guide, really knew his stuff and had a good sense of humour. En route to Lake Louise we saw a bear and Moose and calf- not bad! Had enough time to really enjoy Lake Louise. Worth the money.

Good 4.5 hr tour of the area - Good friendly driver and commentary. Good trip length with photo stops. One issue was we were 1pm tour but did not realise it was 12.40 pick up!

Sit back and breathe in the sights! - Ethan is a keeper!! Brilliant mountaineer, funny and thoughtful! He gave good information and room to ask questions while keeping the tour light.

Outstanding Lake Louise trip even if frozen - Max and Kaya provided us excellent service, showed genuine interest on us as a family travelling together. Their warmth more than made up for Lake Louise being totally frozen when we went there. Kids had great fun with the snowball fights.

Great trip, shame about roadworks - Great trip, Tim our guide was very knowledgeable giving lots of info on the sights and mountains. One small problem was the traffic in Banff as we had a pick up towards Sulphur Mountain because of road works on the bridge. Saying that he didn’t cut the trip short and if we hadn’t had the hotel pick up all would have been honkydory. Well worth a visit as the lake is spectacular

Banff Tour Nightmare. - Terrible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. I booked a tour on July 26th, 2024. The bus was supposed to show up at 1:00 PM. We waited until 2:30 until we got so fed up we went to the main office to figure out what is happening. They said they made a mistake on their end and said we could come back tomorrow same time. We were very disappointed as we had came all the way from Toronto just to see the mountains. All because of one person’s mistake we wasted a whole day just sitting around waiting for our bus to show up. It wasn’t just one person that missed it but two families with little kids. We didn’t even eat lunch just because we thought the bus would come and leave. As we were waiting, three separate busses came and passed. All of the busses didn’t have us on the list. It was very cold out and no one else was having this issue. Everyone else who booked at the same time as us left. If there is an option to give this place 0 stars, I would.

A mix up in the office left us high and dry - They didn’t pick us up. They were apologetic when I contacted them. Technical hitch apparently. We couldn’t reschedule as we were leaving Banff the next morning
