Expectations Surpassed! - We originally signed up for the half day tour but ended up upgrading to the full day tour as Moraine Lake was closed for when we booked for. Upgrading was easy and took almost no effort from my side; a representative reached out and handled everything for us. Everything from start to finish for this experience was amazing! They conveniently offer multiple locations for pick up/drop off to accommodate. Kenneth and Jim were our tour guides and were nothing short of amazing. They were warm, very knowledgeable, hospitable and added their own charm to the whole experience making it for a very exciting and adventurous tour! Snacks and drinks were provided, and we felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. The ride itself was so enjoyable due to a range of story-telling and teachings throughout, and I promise they make you want to listen! You learn so much and see so much beauty along the way. The sites themselves blew us away. The mountains were breathtaking at every turn, and the colour of each lake was more beautiful with each one we saw. They offer plenty of time to take photos, grab coffee during most of the stops and even give you tips on how to capture the best photo! This excursion is worth every penny, you will want to see these national parks over and over again! 20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great tour - Due to weather we were not able to see a lake Moraine but the lakes we did see were breath taking. Very flexible driver let us decide when we would eat lunch and also made an extra stop for us to get a picture by the Banff city sign! Would do this trip again.

A trip not to miss - Our driver/guide was wonderful. He told us interesting facts and stories along our journey. He was very kind and helpful. The lakes were stunning. This was very worthwhile to do.

We took some out of town... - We took some out of town friends to see Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. They were blown away by the beauty. Lam was a great guide although a little speedy on the highway. Everything went as expected.

Spectacular Views of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise - I didn’t know that we’d be hiking to see the beautiful view at Moraine Lake but it was worth every step. A lot more walking than I knew there would be.

Enjoyable but needed more information - I thought that our guide could have spoken to all of the group . It was our first time in Canada so we weren’t familiar with the names of the local landmarks . Also it would have been interesting to have been given some information about the geology of the area .

Best way to visit both lakes. - Doing a tour is the best way to see both of these lakes. The vehicle traffic is prohibited to Moraine Lake so cars are not able to park there. The lots for Lake Louise are often full so traffic is diverted and unable to enter. This tour bus allows a good amount of time at both lakes so I recommend using them rather than trying to do this on your own.
