• Vermilion Lakes - The Vermilion Lakes are a series of shallow lakes near the town of Banff, celebrated for their tranquil atmosphere and rich wildlife. The wetland ecosystem around the lakes provides a habitat for many birds and other wildlife. Early morning and dusk are the best times to visit, as the calm waters reflect the surrounding mountains, creating a dreamy landscape. This is an ideal spot for photography, picnicking, and leisurely walks, offering visitors a chance to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. On a peaceful day, it offers a very scenic reflection of Mount Rundle.

• Castle Mountain - Standing at 2688m above sea level, it takes a professional hiker 7 hours to ascend and 8 hours to descend. Famous for its shape, it is an excellent location for photography.
