The best experience - When we first arrived the staff were very friendly and encouraged us to meet the horses and gave instructions on how to meet them safely. They explained the instructions for riding the horse well prior to the ride. The horses were great and so well behaved. The two guides were knowledgeable and were super engaging throughout the whole ride. An experience I’ve wanted to do for a while and very much worth the trip!

Awesome! for my daughter and myself - So fun. This was my daughter’s first time on a horse. She and I both had so much fun. Our guide was terrific and super friendly. She gave us info about the area we didn’t hear elsewhere. 10/10 we would absolutely recommend this.

Enjoyed! - Had a really nice time. Much of the ride was nestled in the trees and we only had fleeting views of the river here and there. The folks who ran it were super organized and very friendly.

An hour I would gladly do again - Organisation was excellent, staff were super patient and friendly with the horses and punters! When you book a one hour trip like this, you do not expect to ride off galloping so be prepared for a sedate ride on gorgeous horses (Ralph and Roscoe were cutie pies!) and enjoy being on horseback.

Can you make - The tour was good, but not exactly outstanding. Pro • Cow girls were super nice and helpful Con • Leader bad. He has not managed to keep the group constantly moving, even keeping it running by itself. The excuse was that not everyone can ride well. But the reality is that he drove the horses shy through this concertina stop-and-go and drove me crazy as a participant. Wants to know how he drives in the rush hour car. Besides, what he was trying to say from the front was not understood at all, because he did not turn around sensibly. Although he can't help it, he doesn't have the right voice for it. Unfortunately, not suitable for the job. • A large number of the sections were so rough that I felt sorry for the horses. As a professional company, it is better to take care that one and the same paths that you use every day are prepared.

If you are a horse person... - If you are a horse person it is not for you. Great for real beginners. Views were very limited. If you expect a scenic ride, this isn’t for you. Girls were lovely though.

Very poor - I booked a 1 hour ride for the following day while in the tourist information centre ( the gentleman having checked availability) As I was out for the day I had no WiFi signal so was unable to check my emails until my return to the hotel to find an email saying trip was unavailable but I could go to a different stables which I don’t want to do and then a second email asking me to confirm. Tried ringing the phone number without success so will have to go in to their booking office in the morning. The thing I’m really cross about is that they’ve taken the money from my bank account for a booking they’re not honouring
