Fun experience - The spa facility is extensive, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a variety of saunas. Each area provides a unique and memorable experience. There are water games and slides for adults, as well as a dedicated children's area. The facility is well-maintained and clean, with showers, a restaurant, and a bar where guests can enjoy refreshments by the pool. I highly recommend this spa as a rejuvenating respite during your travels.

It really is worth it. A little attention to what I write about buses. - The best. You should definitely visit it.You get comfortable with the 442 bus that leaves you outside the spa. You don't need someone to take you, you don't need to book tickets before. Very helpful, prices very good, great sauna pools, all beautiful and clean. If you go by bus, pay attention to tickets. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU TICKETS FOR MANY ROUTES IN ONE TRIP. YOU ALWAYS TAKE TICKETS FOR JUST ONE TRIP, EVEN IF YOU NEED TO GO TO ONE'S BOX OFFICE. The guys don't understand anything, neither from tourists, nor that you hit the ticket twice and got caught by the machine, absolutely nothing. Only if they take 80 says they'll leave you alone. Apart from that, one of the best spas I've ever been to.

Highly recommend! Perfect way to spend the day - Amazing views, so relaxing. Affordable! Got the 12 hour three area pass and so glad we did. Had access to all we wanted. Food stations were great and didn’t have to worry about having our valuables on us as the little fobs store all your purchases and you just pay on the way out. Fantastic experience and highly recommend!

Ideal place to relax - Stunning spas, a variety of pools with different thermal waters, including one with the salinity of the Dead Sea. We spent the whole day there and were not bored. I recommend going early in the morning so as not to find it very crowded.

MAGNIFICENT - Guaranteed fun with the slides, but also lots of relaxation and well-being thanks to the many swimming pools of various kinds and saunas and treatments. I highly recommend this stop. Pay attention to one thing: “It is not possible to wear bracelets, necklaces and watches or use a mobile phone when entering swimming pools or wanting to use the slides. At most you use your cell phone when you are at the edge of the swimming pools for photos or when you are on the sofas or in restaurants!

Beautiful but it feels like being at the market - Nothing to say about the size and beauty of the place... otherwise even in the sauna area it was a market with a lot of people shouting to call each other or simply talk. All Italians. It is certainly the duty of the staff to maintain a certain climate but perhaps it would be for adults to regulate themselves

Book via official website - The spa is amazing however please do not book via Trip Advisor - book via the official website as this cost is almost double the official amount with no added benefits.

Overrated - Very crowded, not many spa appointments available and no way to pre-book-first come, first served. Gotta arrive before opening to get in line-even for skip the line tickets. Too many people in the pools to relax and enjoy and hard to find a place to sit. Massage was just ok-I’ve had better. Don’t recommend spending the whole day there.

Carnage - Maybe it was the worst day of the year, but if you expect 6000 lockers, you have to believe that it is normal for them to cram 6000 naive people who thought they were going to relax like herds grazing. Hunt for the sunbed, hunt for a cubic centimeter of water, hunt for the changing room, hunt for a seat at the pool bar. The structure is beautiful, with many delightful little corners and a thousand possibilities for entertainment. But certainly not for relaxation. In another life, it would be better to go back on a weekday in November, perhaps while Black Friday is in full swing.

Bad but nice - It seems like a paradox but it's exactly like that: terrible for many reasons, beautiful because it is actually a dream structure. We arrived mid-morning and a huge crowd lined up to enter without any order. People everywhere, swimming pools full with fanatics looking for the best position to take selfies and show off their best thong. We were unable to enter the swimming pools due to crowding. In the saunas many persisted in entering without a towel and with slippers despite the security lurking. 5000 lockers with not even a quarter of changing rooms, showers and toilets. It felt like being in a bodybuilder's club or, worse yet, a strip club. Net of what has been said, the structure is very luxurious, good cleanliness and a restaurant with an interesting menu. At the end of the journey, you pay for what you consume. My advice is: let people in with swimming suits enter and alternate entry into the pools so that everyone can use them.
