We also visit Ballygally Castle Hotel to see the ‘Door of Thrones Number 9’ - Carnlough Harbour - Visit the harbour and the limestone steps used by Aria to emerge from the water and escape from the Waif.

Richard, your guide, played a Wildling extra in the fifth, sixth, and seventh seasons of Game of Thrones®. He appeared on screen in monumental episodes like Hardhome, and was encapsulated within the Bolton shield wall during the Battle of the Bastards!
On this private car journey, Richard will be your chauffeur. He’ll use his tablet to illustrate where each scene was shot and will share behind-the-scenes and VFX dissections for an insight into the creation of each sequence. Richard will chauffeur you beyond Belfast to the genuine Iron Islands and every location in the Glens of Antrim and the north coast. Additionally, he provides Iron Born attire and weaponry for the tour without any additional fees.
Embarking on a private trip with Richard the Wildling will result in a memorable day, offering a truly legitimate Thrones experience!

A must do for Game of Thrones fans. So much fun and definitely worth the money!!!! You will not regret doing this🗡️🗡️ - Richard was the best tour guide. He made our trip to Ireland end with an amazing experience. It was so cool to see all the filming locations. A must do for GOT fans and will make any non-viewer want to watch. The cloak and sword added such an element of fun.

Great tour with a great guide - For GoT fans seeking an extraordinary experience, this tour is perfect. Led by our very friendly guide Richard, who was part of the production as a wildling, it offered an insider's perspective that went beyond the ordinary. Richard provided an immersive tour to several of the most famous filming locations, sharing personal anecdotes and stories about what it was like to work on the show. Highly recommend spending the extra dough for - Richard was fantastic and this private tour is well worth spending the extra cash for. Richard provides so much info on not only the behind the scenes of the show but the history of Northern Ireland as well, it really felt like just hanging out with a mate. Also Richard's car can get you further than the buses so less walking for us lazy people. Tip for everyone, book Richard for an early pick up and you will beat the buses to the locations and almost guaranteed the spots to yourselves.

A Belfast must, especially for GOT fans! - Top experience even in the rain! A lovely guy, insightful and fun. With great anecdotes from his tours, Northern Ireland culture and time on set with GOT, especially the battles. Also very accommodating and great communication throughout. Highly recommended. Don't Miss this Tour! - I can't say enough great things about the private tour with Richard! He was an absolutely lovely guide with tons of information and passion around Game of Thrones and the areas visited along the tour. Super accommodating, flexible, friendly and just an overall joy to spend the day with. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable and highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves Game of Thrones or even if you're simply looking for a knowledgeable and enjoyable tour guide to show you some of the best of Northern Ireland!

An incredible tour - I'd highly recommend it! - We stayed in Northern Ireland for a week and this tour was the absolute highlight of our holiday. Richard was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent driver. We got to see parts of Northern Ireland that you simply could not get to on a bus. Hearing about Irish history, as well as links to the series Game of Thrones was fascinating - it was exciting being driven by Richard who has appeared in several episodes of the show. What an amazing coastline there is to see. The car was really comfortable with plenty of leg-room for all and provided a great view. Thank you Richard for showing us your wonderful country!

100% worth it - This is an incredible tour. As well as seeing loads of locations from Game of Thrones you benefit from the wealth of experience Richard had on the actual set as well as the 1000s of stories he has learnt from other extras and the hundreds of fans he has met. It may seem expensive but being in a small group means you see every detail, have every question answered and have an even more incredible time. You also get to wear capes and hold swords.. what more do you want ?!?
