• No dates: Tours are not available during the Bali New Year Nyepi (Silent Day) and around.
• Temple Rules: When entering the temple, you should wear clothing that hides your shoulders and knees.Also, due to religious reasons in Bali, visitors who menstruate are restricted to the temple.
• About physical fitness: The plan to visit waterfalls and gorges has many steep steps.Please exercise caution if you are unsure of your lower back or are not feeling well.
• Late Night, Early Morning and Long Distance Rates: For late night and early morning use (23:00 - 08:00) or long distance travel included, please refer to the “Rp. 250,000 / 1 car”.
• Content changes: Bad weather, religious events, and natural disasters (heavy rain, typhoons, etc.) may cause sudden route changes and/or make tourist facilities unavailable.Refunds are non-refundable in this case.
• Traffic Impact: There are frequent heavy traffic jams in Bali.Therefore, travel and return times may be behind schedule.
• Use of return dates: We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic.It is recommended to schedule your flight with extra time when booking on your return date.
• Additional Charge (Extended): If you exceed the stipulated time, you will be charged Rp. 130,000 / 1 car”.
• What to bring: Comfortable shoes, drinks and insect repellent are recommended.If you are going to the waterfall, please bring some clothes and a waterproof bag.
• Seating capacity: Without luggage: Maximum 7 passengers / Suitcase: Maximum 4 passengers
• Large luggage: Please let us know in advance if you have large luggage such as golf bags or wheelchairs.
• Luggage management: You are responsible for your valuables.We are not responsible for any loss or theft in the car.
