Best cooking class in Bali ! - The staff are all so nice and accomodating, we got to experience the market and learn about the food we are cooking with, including medicinal properties of the food which really intrigued me. When we made our way back to the restaurant we had time to put our things in lockers and have some water (which they provide all throughout the experience) . The cookings start with demonstrations then you cook yourself with verbal instructions so you don’t miss any steps, it’s very hands on and fun to learn and use new techniques. You cook so many dishes you genuinely don’t know when it will end (not a bad thing at all) and you even get to taste their desserts and some other meals in between the cooking. At the end you take some cute group photos (photos are also taken of you while you cook to be sent to your WhatsApp) and then it’s sit down to eat! There is SO MUCH FOOD it’s incredible. It all tastes amazing and feels so rewarding to eat. You can order drinks while eating (you pay at the end for those) and chat with the others in the class! The instructor had an amazing sense of humour and was very talented and knowledgeable! Once you’re ready to leave you will have been given the cookbook from the beginning to keep as well as a certificate commemorating your ability to know cook Balinese food ! The restaurant gives 20% off discounts to all people who partake in the class which is amazing as the food is very much worth the trip! The class is right next to a small market (make sure you bargain) and the shopping centre ‘Seminyak square’ which is very convenient! Overall I would definitely recommend this class as you’re getting more than what you pay for and it’s a beautiful experience !

World class cooking class - Superb hands on cooking class, with lots of tips, tricks and advise on getting the best out of our produce. And then we sat and ate the delicious dishes we created under the stern but jovial eye of Komang.

A Must Do Experience if you like Balinese Food - Cooking class was better than expected. The restaurant chef led the class at his restaurant outside seating area. He took us to a marketplace first to talk about ingredients, what to look for and tips on how use and prepare. We were involved in preparing and cooking 9 different dishes and 2 appetizers while being given and using prep and cooking tips. Some of the dishes needing longer cooking times were completed by his kitchen. Following completion of all the dishes, they were plated and then served to each table team. Was tasty and plentiful. We were given recipes for the dishes we made and also sent pictures they took of the group and individual. Great experience!

Expectations Surpassed! - This experience not only delivered as promised, but far surpassed my expectations-which were already high based on the description and impressive reviews! Chef Komang and his STELLAR team of prep staff made it not only highly enjoyable, plus a smooth-running “machine.” As we turned to watch a new recipe being demonstrated, we turned back to our workspace and it was cleaned, reorganized, and ready for the next course. As described, we participated in preparing 10, yes, ten unique dishes…then sat down with our fellow chefs to enjoy what we prepared. My advise, (and the advise of countless others) is to skip a significant breakfast and make sure you will be very hungry by lunchtime. But not to worry, appetizer dishes will lead up to the main courses, and nibbling begins a couple of hours after the class begins. Thank you Chef Komang and Team for making the day so fun and educational. We left with full tummies, a complete recipe booklet, and a certificate of completion. A bonus is that friendships were also formed-always a welcomed gift!

Amazing day, lots of fun! - It was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend it as a fun experience. We had a quick Look around a local market where the host explained some of the fruit and vegetables we would be using throughout the day. We then went back to the Warung and began our cooking class. The host Tommy was so good, lots of interaction and interesting facts. We cooked about 11 dishes which seems a lot but it went very quick. I would suggest you go hungry there is so much food at the end that you get to share with your table. You definitely will not leave hungry.

Great way to spend some time - Was a fun way to pass a few hours. we cooked about 8 dishes along with the fresh pastes. Each meal was taken away by the staff to be finished off while we got onto the net dish. I would have preferred maybe having half the dishes and complete them from start to end. The trip to the market while interesting didn't add to the experience as could have been done on premises and whole class could have been done in 3hrs instead of the 5hrs. Food was amazing and so much of it so make sure to go there hungry.

A really good activity, loved the market experience also. Wonderful host and chef. Nice to meet other travelers. - Entrees and desserts would have been. Overall a great activity to do. We would have preferred a few less main meals. Enjoyed.
