Beautiful sunset tour - Very friendly boat driver who provided us with good food and drinks. Super nice location. We were there late afternoon/evening and watched the sunset. Would do it the same way again.

Great excursion, recommended - A totally successful day (4 hours) on the water with a super nice skipper. A nice experience, including snorkeling at Formentor, delicious food (gambas etc.), drinks and nice conversations (greetings to Scotia) ......

Perfect sailing, swimming and eating trip! - Brilliant trip with a brilliant captain. He was super nice and friendly and looked after my mum who was with us so well. Food was gorgeous and he was genuinely interested in who were all were and what we were about. We shared the boat with three Americans, WeWork of which were on their honeymoon and it was just the perfect group and 4 hours out at sea sailing and swimming. Thank you!!

Top! - An amazing day! The organization with Jörn was very pleasant, reliable and binding. The route around Cape Formentor with its secluded coves invited us to swim & relax. Our skipper Jaume organized everything perfectly, explained it, did knot science with us on request and conjured up a delicious meal. Gladly again at any time!

Relaxing fun day in the bay - Great day with a small group on board. Looked after brilliantly by the skipper who prepared a lovely tapas lunch. I would book it again.

Not great… just ok - Clearly the captain today wasn’t in the mood to take us to the nice spots and just parked the boat in the most awful Cala with just one small clear water area and guess what…jellyfish! The tour was supposed to go Coll Baix, Cala Murta, or Formentor but we didn’t go in any of them, just an easy and mediocre spot. Tapas were fine.

Read previous negative reviews alongside this and please take note. These aren’t isolated experiences. - Where to start? Trip an hour later than scheduled but that’s ok. Only to board and be told there was not enough fuel. So let’s sail for an hour to get to Pollenca for fuel. Again, let’s let that go. If you are running a business might you know the opening hours of nearby petrol stations? One would hope so. But no… arrive after an hours sail to petrol station to learn it closes 1-3pm. We arrive just after 1. The option is go for 1 drink at a nearby restaurant - but no - you can’t easily exit the petrol station. Knowing you have 2 hours to wait - you need the toilet. Go downstairs and see a toilet straight ahead only to hear the personality characteristics from previous reviews … you are shouted at for being in private quarters and have been told which toilet to use. You apologise but still the rude behaviour continues. “It’s my house you are in - I told you where the toilet was”.. It seems this has been experienced by others trying to get drinks. We have a boat owner charging people to sail on his boat when he lives on it and gets extremely angry when people dare to make a mistake and step into his private areas. Needless to say after that and the impending two hour wait to even start the trip - the family ask for a refund and prefer to make their own way back home as this trip was clearly not going to be memorable in a good way. In fairness to the gentlemen he did issue a refund as requested but seriously, if you aren’t going to get a boat ready for a 6hr sail and treat your guests with respect then maybe not be in the hospitality business.

Rude rude rude - We were excited for this boat trip which was booked as 60th birthday surprise. Whilst the scenery and clear seas were amazing, the captains attitude and behaviour was far from that. We were given the coldest of welcomes as we approached the boat with the owner not knowing the booking name and leading us to be confused we were even at the correct boat, but we gave his bluntness the benefit of the doubt until things got worse. Although the drinks were unlimited he had to be prompted constantly and when one of the guest went to the fridge themselves assuming it was selfserve given the lack of service, she was shouted at appallingly, even after apologising for the misunderstanding, he continued to shout in her face. Additionally, we caught him zooming into explicit material on his phone whilst were eating the mediocre lunch and then the tip of the iceberg was him dangerously pulling in the ropes of the sail, hitting multiple guests around the head, without any warning or attempting to prevent, making it feel intentional after the earlier confrontation. Ironically the boat trip ended with him demanding to give a safety demonstration of his ‘dangerous fridge’ and further talking down to before he would put the bridge down for us to get off

Disappointed- lastMinute cancellation - Drove an hour and 15 minutes only to Find out that the tour operator moved us to tomorrow. He said he tries to contact me but that was only after I contacted viator to report the problem. We ended up cancelling as we didn’t want to make another two hour drive. He said I should have called to confirm 24 hours ahead but I had already gotten confirmation from Viator and it didn’t say anywhere that I saw that I needed to call. Very disappointing- seems like kind of a shady operation- I’d book with another operator next time. Viator was great about refunding me.
