Loved it. Paid cost got return in happines. No need to go gabala side byself. Better to go with them.. only lunch was in costly - We had a wonderful experience with Smile Azerbaijan on our trip to Gabala, Shaki Khan, and the stunning Kuba-Khinalig region. Our guide, Ms. Fatya (Fatima), was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made the journey smooth and memorable. Her warm hospitality and insights into local culture added so much value to our trip. Highly recommended!

Good tour where you get to see a lot. - Good tour where you get to see different regions in one day. Our guide Said gave clear explanations of the sights. He also gave us the space to visit things freely. Only downside, long ride by bus.

Worst guides ever! - Sheki itself was a beautiful and charming destination, well worth visiting. However, the overall tour experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the guides—particularly the shorter one. One fellow tourist had a visible knee issue and repeatedly requested a seat swap for more comfort, but the guide showed no empathy and refused to cooperate and actually occupied the seat that had more legroom! Throughout the journey, the guides/driver kept turning off the air conditioning despite the heat, insisting on using just the fan and dismissing our requests. Their lack of concern for the comfort and well-being of the group was shocking. Having traveled to nearly 50 countries and participated in hundreds of tours, I can confidently say these were the worst guides we've ever encountered. With better guidance, this could have been a truly memorable experience.

Dangerous and reckless driver - stay far away! - Shockingly dangerous and reckless driver. Almost crashed 3 times within the first hour!!! Was not paying attention at all while driving at crazy speeds. Keps swerving in and out of lanes, and cutting the turns. Which meant he would swerve into cars in the next lane while driving 130 km per hour. Sooo dangerous. We had to keep shouting at him to not crash and to slow down. Kept doing drive-bys on blind turns. Was even stopped by the police because he did an illegal drive by in a tunnel. How can you have driving as a job and be this bad at it? Had a deathwish for all his passengers. I have never been more stressed on a drive ever. Sooo dangerous and reckless. Didn’t pay attention and always had to slam the brakes at the last second. - Gforces on the turns was ridiculous because he was speeding into the turns. Always goes into the opposite lane, even when there are cars driving fast the other way. All round horrific experience. Stay far away from a company that employs drivers like this.
